This location was absolutely horrible. We paid and reserved a room online and also called a head to make sure we were good and they said yes your room is ready. when we arrived, they had given our room away, said management changed it to first come first serve basis. Not only did they do that to my family, they did it to six other families. We were traveling out of town for a cheer competition so finding a hotel was nearly impossible. We had to drive 30 more minutes out-of-the-way to find a place to stay. Not happy and definitely will never book there ever again.

It sounded like there was a party in the hallway for hours! People, talking loudly and running through the hall. Doors were continually slamming shut. This went on till at least 11pm. Loud, talking end door, slamming began again at 7am. I called down to the front desk to let them know how noisy it was. Jaylyn told me he would come right up and talk to the people. I did hear him come up and tell everyone they needed to go to bed. Unfortunately that did not change their volume or behavior.

The motel was clean, staff was friendly. Had pool, and fitness/ exercise room. I am looking forward to the breakfast buffet in the morning. All rooms are smoke free.

We have stayed here often and at other Holiday Inn Expresses. This facility has a nice staff, but the hotel itself really needs to be cleaned up and remodeled. The price is as high as most others but it doesn't seem to be keeping up with updates very well.

Breakfast and the bed were the only good. Noise level was awful from 12am-4am! No general manager on duty. Pre teen kids were running in halls, knocking loudly on doors, slamming doors, talking loudly and non-stop. No respect. A few guests shouted in attempt to deescalate and threatened to call police. Front manager was Grace and offered to call non-emergency.

Only complaint was our room had a broken heater/air conditioning unit and damaged wall and TV hanger. That being said, we brought it to the hotel staff and they were very accommodating and offered a new room. Due to being settled in amd spending very little time in the room, we chose to keep the room put of convenience. The room itself was very clean and the staff was super helpful. Just some infrastructure issues that should be addressed and should keep a room from being issued out until fixed in my opinion. Ultimately, would stay here again based on the overall experience.
