This is a lovely hotel! However, it states that it is pet-friendly yet charges a $75 pet fee. This is the highest amount I have ever paid. The amount tells me that the management really doesn't want pets. I encourage you to find a different place to stay.

Large rooms nice and clean. I went to the kitchen in the morning for some coffee and some muffins but staff told me I can't come in the kitchen without shoes I had to go back to my room to get them then had to take them off again to shower.

All staff were professional, warm and friendly and the room was exceptionally clean. The mattress however was uncomfortably hard and the two pillows were very flat which made for a long sleepless night. The only news channel available was CNN which is a poor selection.

We stayed on the third floor and another guest was smoking pot in another room and the elevator and could smell it all up and down the hallway we made a complaint

I understand it is frustrating when others ruin your stay. As stated to you on the phone, my assistant general manager reacted quickly by making the guest leave and calling the local police. We handled the situation and resolved it. This is something we can not plan for not knowing our guest at check in. My understanding is you chose to stay the entire night with us after the incident was resolved.

Ok, fair stay
There was a dirty circle smudge on the bathroom vanity which I cleaned off myself with a clorox wipe I had brought with me. Also the white wash clothes were a very dingy gray color which made me hesitant to use them. The towels were nice and white.

Expedia didn’t mention my service dog would be charged a fee for staying or I wouldn’t have booked this hotel . I didn’t agree to the charge . Also very rude staff .

Staff was friendly and welcoming. All areas appeared clean with fresh scents. Only dissapointment was that the hot tub has been removed but enjoyed the heated pool. Good breakfast choices with variety. Read other reviews about traffic noise, agree that you can hear traffic from the highway and people walking in floor above but these were not bothersome to us. Highway side is odd number rooms if thats a concern.

This hotel is lovely. A number of dining choices with driving & walking distance. Windows on the highway side (odd numbered rooms) need to be improved the noise from the truck traffic passing by keeps you awake during the night.
