You could tell the hotel had a great team of workers. They were super friendly and accommodating. They always had a smile and you could tell that they worked well together and really did a great job doing there jobs. The shower was pretty good with the endless hot water and good water pressure. There are a few upgrades that are needed. New beds and pillows would be great! And new toilets would really be nice. Maybe a few more pictures. The breakfast was a good selection and having coffee made all day was awesome. The pool could have been warmer. And the price for our stay was great! All in all it was a great experience! Thank you!

the web site is not accurate
The morning gal was wonderful. She made sure we had breakfast before our early departure. The reason we booked this hotel was for the hot tub and the breakfast. After booking a non refundable night, we got an email saying there was not hot tub. Up date your pictures...you led us astray.

The staff was great, they are in middle of updating which is good. But the bed was very hard and hurt my back and the satellite tv didnt work. Kept going out.

As always the wait staff was friendly and informative. The room was clean, we were notified of the remodeling that is being done. The continental breakfast could use a refreshing but overall the stay was fine.

The staff was very accommodating, polite, friendly, and made you feel at ease. I asked about dining suggestions she gave some great referrals. Was not happy to find out there was no longer a hot tub as advertised and that the pool was closed.

The property was conveniently located near shopping. Breakfast options were great. The only things we had trouble with were keycards malfunctioning by not opening our rooms, and the curtains to block out the light from the street was very obscure. We ended up sleeping with blaring lights coming through the window the first night because of the obsurity. So if you stay here. The curtains that shut are behind the sheer curtains packed tightly out of noticeable sight.

Overall room and especially the bathroom lacked basic cleanliness. The pool was out of order for maintenance which caused us to shorten our stay and go elsewhere.

I had said I wanted to pay at hotel. They don’t except payment of cash. They had to run a card. Which they did not tell me til checkout and the card I had on for reserve is not the one I would have paid with. The pool area needs update. Other wise a good experience

Dirty. Smelled like mildew. Puffy seat on toilet with rips and broken. Moved from side to side when on it. I wouldn't take shower cause it was so dirty. Air conditioner would not shut off. No adjusting it. It just ran the whole time. Would never stay here again. Not worth the money at all.
