"Maurizio at the front desk was extremely rude. As soon as we walked into the hotel Maurizio basically barely looked up at us and left us standing at the counter as he walked into another room. He did not want to deal with an American and only started to give us a tiny little bit of respect when he realized my mother is Italian. He seemed extremely annoyed that we even walked in.
