Should be a quiet time. While on the fifth floor from 11:00pm until 1:00am kids were running up and down hall yelling and slamming doors.

My only complaint would be that it was pricey considering the construction going on. But the staff was very friendly the room was super clean the breakfast was amazing and it was about 5 minutes off I95, highly recommended

Very clean-seems recently remodeled! We were given swag bags for ourselves and our dog! Really sweet. Breakfast area was nice and staff there extremely friendly. Our room was very clean and well laid out. Best hotel on our trip

Stayed here for a night on our way to Florida from Philadelphia for our daughters 4th birthday & crossed paths with a lovely lady named Ashley when we stopped downstairs for breakfast. She was just so amazing, very kind & helpful. I can’t say enough good things about her but your hotel is very lucky to have her! We stayed there after a 12 hour drive & when we got breakfast the next morning we were heading out for another painfully long 8 hour drive but miss ashley started our day off with smiles & good vibes so a special thank you to her for being so wonderful!

Room was not ready at 3:00 as it was listed for check in. Would not allow use of facilities while waiting for room to be ready. Renovations happening on site and it was listed as starting work at 9:00 on Saturday mornings. Very noisy work began closer to 8:00. Room was sufficient, outdated but clean.

Staff was great and friendly, quick and no issues. The bed was very good as was the bathroom & Shower. The rooms need to be updated and in all fairness the lobby staff did mention they were in the middle of a update. Bottom line is I would stay here again oh and being pet friendly is a plus

Though my room was clean it was definitely dated in terms of looks. I imagine it is getting to the point where some updating/remodeling would be good. The breakfast area was good and the food provided was good quality. The area where the hotel is located is rather run down, i.e. most of the lighted signs for businesses were damaged or unlit and several businesses weren't in operation. So, the location is not as ideal as the other Hampton in Florence. Currently, between 10am and 3pm the water is off in the hotel due to some construction work.

I enjoyed the stay, it was very convenient for us. It was a very clean hotel, however the water in the shower was luke warm. The breakfast was excellent.

When you walked into hotel there was this overly strong deodorizer smell that immediately gave me a head ache. The room had hair on the bathroom floor. Carpets were dirty and old. No maid service, when I complained to front desk, they acted as they couldn’t be bothered. They did give me towels. I had to ask for water as a Hilton honors member I would NOT recommend this properly.

Walking distance to several places to eat. Continental breakfast was one of the best I've had. Couldn't find any vending machines on the floors, had to go to the front desk to purchase a soda.

Very slow check in, computer was down. Restaurants not convenient when you’re only staying overnight and taxied to the hotel.

On behalf of Hampton Inn & Suites-North, I want to sincerely apologize for the negative experience that you had during your check-in process. I realize that when computers go down, it is very frustrating for the guests and for that we are sorry. We do have a Jersey Mike's, Julia Belle's, Starbucks and a Cookout directly in front of the hotel that are walking distance. Again, we apologize for the inconveniences.
