"Nice place and people."

"Me and my wife had a fantastic stay in Santorini palace, I booked a Superior room with sea view I was given Room 409 with a very spacious balcony with amazing view of sunrise. The hotel and our room is very clean like really spotless. The breakfast was also great with wide variety of selections. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful especially Gianni in the restaurant. The room cleaner I don’t know who but one time I forgot to locked the safe with our passport and my wallet in it. I only realised that I left it unlocked after we got in from a day out. When I checked it everything is intact including some of our cash / pocket money. We are really pleased with the honesty of the person who cleaned our room. The bell boy was also very helpful in carrying our luggage’s. The only negative I can say was the taxi that I booked from the hotel did not turn up, I ended getting an airport taxi which cost a bit more. But other than that our stay was fantastic!"

"The hotel is old wine cellar, and is well placed for the centre of Thira, a short walk down narrow pathways amongst the houses there. The hotel has a great view across the west side of the island. Nice rooms pool area and breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Enjoyed using the spa area and paid for a massage."

"We had a great stay at this property. The location was convenient with all the amenities and restaurants and parking nearby. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We were guided well to rent a car which came at the hotel doorstep as organized by hotel staff. We will go back again when given a chance. "
