The 149 guestrooms at Tanoa International Hotel have tiled floors and cream walls, and either balconies or patios overlooking the landscaped gardens. Desks have telephones and lamps. Cable/satellite TVs offer CNN, ESPN and Travel Channel, as well as local channels. There are refrigerators and tea/coffee kettles, with minibars provided on request. Other amenities include irons and ironing boards, hair dryers, full-length mirrors, and laptop-size safes. Guests have either showers or a shower/tub combination, and are tiled in white with stone countertops. Guests are discouraged from smoking in guestrooms, but may smoke on the patios or balconies.

“would use again”
The hotel was very good ,service was good staff very freindly & helpful, there wasnt much round the hotel had to use transport to get around , food was good quality, would use this hotel again
“Partially ok.”
This hotel is ok if you are on a stop over or a few hrs transit and need a convenient location to the airport with reliable shuttle service. It is also good for business travellers, but not if you are going for a holiday/vacation. There is nothing much to do really, hotel facilities are limited unless all you wana do is just chill by the pool. Food is expensive and tasteless. Tanoa tries to keep an international menu when clearly they do not know how to. They should stick to what they know. Cleanliness should be given more detail as the bathroom was mouldy and as other reviews have stated, there were cockroaches. The balcony does not sem to get any attn when it comes to cleaning. The hallways are very dim and lights are turned on late. Customer service is excellent! Not a great variety in cocktails. Lots of milky drinks which don't appeal to the climate there. Taxi is never an issue, they can always call a cab which arrives promptly.

Comfortable and convenient hotel for a brief stopover in Nadi, especially for the business traveler with early or late connections.

The hotel itself is a decent establishment with a nice property and pool, but it's strongest point is the convenience of access to the airport. The food was truly quite sub-par as was the service of the staff. There was a sign saying "please wait to be seated" and the person behind the counter was completely ignoring us, even after I attempted to get her attention. I had to just walk past her and find my own seating. The food at the breakfast buffet was not any better. Fruits were covered in flies and the selection was very small. No fruit juice either, just flavored sugar water.
“Not impressd with room.”
The hotel/resort was fine but the room was at the back of the building with no properview and had a mouldy musty smell. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Really impressed that there was a room waiting for us when we checked in at 6am. Staff went out of their way to be helpfull and everyone of them had a smile on their face. We were very comfortable at the hotel but did not enjoy our venture into Nadi town and would aim to spend more time on the islands if visiting fiji again.

with the front desk person she was not very friendly was expecting a warm welcome like i visited other hotels but overall enjoyed my stay .cant wait to go back for nice spa and sauna.
“Good transit hotel”
Good location for airport. Hotel runs free shuttle to & from airport. Some of the rooms are looking a little tired but the newer sections are quite reasonable.. Worth upgrading a little if staying more than one night. Can be noisy at times due to transient nature of guests & all hours flight times. The pillows are terrible & A/C noisy. The restaurant has changed hands & the Indian Buffet on Sunday nights is now only fair.

Service is good. We have stay 6 nights in Nanoa International hotel. Free special room upgrading service, fruit basket and flower decoration for us (honeymooner),That was very kind, Thank you so much! The room is clean and tidy everyday when we came back to hotel.That's very nice. Only a reception staff who is charge for booking activity was showing unhappy when we say "bit expensive" to her recommendation. Except that, all other staffs are very friendly. Overall we recommend this hotel for short and long term stay. Only one thing bother me，there were lots cockroaches in our room. so before sleeping we had to do cockroach hunting. Area recommendations Robinson Crusoe island tour is recommendable day and night cruise, especially fire dancing at night. Danarau port area islands tour package could be similar
