Just simply amazing. A piece of serenity away from the hustle and bustle of Florence. Great accommodations and friendly staff especially the manager. Very clean, comfortable and with amazing views of the hillsides.A gem!

The outside is a bit older but the inside (esp the bathroom was updated nicely). They have thought of everything here, including the soaps needed for the dishwasher & washing machine, iron and board, drying rack, coffee vending (it was surprisingly good), etc. The space has a lot of room, compared to most Europe hotels we stayed at and is very reasonable. I'd highly recommend if you're looking for a safe, quiet location with many amenities in your room.

Wonderful hotel in the hills of Florence
We had a wonderful stay at residence Fiesole. We were greeted by the father of the owner who explained all necesssry details of our stay. The room was large, airy and clean. We had a magnificent view of the countryside from our window. Between the hotel and downtown Florence there are several small local shops and restaurants. Great place to stay.

Residence Fiesole is the perfect accommodation to visit Florence and enjoy the view of the countryside. Few minutes walking from Fiesole main square and from the bus stop to go directly to Florence downtown in 20-30 min. The rooms are actually small apartments with all the amenities (kitchen, Landry machine, TV). Private parking just in front of the rooms. Super friendly owners, always available, on site or by phone. Recommended for couples or families.

Views are breathtaking and quiet and peaceful apartment is good size - Almost equipped with basic needs If you are staying only one night it's okay but if you want to stay more than a night continue reading Here are the issues we felt like sharing ** Internet is essential need for today's lives and it was keep disconnecting every 2 mins , I was on call at work for some emergency and called reception and they said their service provider is looking in to it ... still same all four days My understanding they have licence for only x people can log in so ... but poor justification did not help (?underestimate customers technical knowledge )! ** Reason said okay for cleanliness On day 1 apartment Iwas clean but they don't clean apartment daily for the money we paid I wasn't happy about it Dustbins are hidden in cupboard but obviously start smelling when you live more than one day so they seriously need to think for people staying more than one night **'No English Channel on TV and poor internet was let down ** we self checked in and no one bother to give a courtesy call to see if we are okay Also when we checked out they didn't communicate or ask how did we feel etc. , we felt lack of customer services

Wonderful place to stay in Fiesole!
I booked this apartment for my daughter who arrived a few days before a study-abroad program in Fiesole. She loved it and said this is a wonderful place to stay! Tommaso was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even emailing to ensure the details of her arrival and stay. The apartment was very clean and the views were amazing. It is close to a grocery store and easy walking distance to the town. Highly recommended!

It was very clean and modern and in a good location. We were able to walk to restaurants, the museum and the grocery store. Fiesole is a nice quiet area to stay when you want to get away from the busyness of Florence. The views of Florence from this area are breathtaking.

The service was great. Checked in for one night and allowed into rooms on arrival in late morning. We couldn’t get the clothes washer or stove top range to work, but that was probably because there were no instructions and staff was gone in the evening and arrived back at 9 am after our departure. Still, I was happy with our one night stay.

Great hotel for short or long stay. We loved the kitchen and you are in quick walking distance of a grocery store. They were having troubles with the wifi so that didn't work for us. The heater is a bit low but great temp for sleeping. Amazing views

Our 6 night stay at the Residence Fiesole for a family of 4 adults and 1 toddler was amazing. The place was spacious (basically 2 rooms with a separation, which was perfect and each side having their own bathrooms - which is great!), clean and quiet. The area was very secure with gates in the front and the back. Parking was free on the premises within the gates. The bus stop for the #7 bus to get into Florence was a 5 minute walk. Highly recommended if you rented a car and want to stay close to Florence but not within the city (avoiding ZTL areas and noise).

Our stay at this lovely place was 10 out of 10. Our host Tomaso(I think I spelled his name right) was very friendly and helpful. The moment we arrived, he gave us the map where he marked everything we needed to know. This hotel has got a beautiful view. Morning coffee on the balcony with stunning view is simply priceless. Room was clean with air condition and as we came by car, it was securely locked behind gates. We enjoyed every minute of it and we will definitely return to Florence and this hotel. First time I am giving 10/10 review.

Beautiful and quiet
Away from tourist area. Easy to get to Florence with bus, about half hour. It’s a good place to stay if you travel light not having many luggages or have a car. It’s on hill and does require some walking and climbing to the hotel.

2 days in Fiesole-Firenze
By chance I found this residence in Fiesole for a 2 days stay in Florence. I know very well the area but I didn't know this structure, a pleasant surprise! Full equipped rooms (kitchen, washing machine, dishwashing machine, couch, ....), internal parking just in front of the room (in this area the parking is difficult so it's a huge plus), quiet, all rooms with a patio to have meals outside. The family that own the residence is extremely kind and support for any request you can have.

Lovely & memorable experience -aristocratic suburb
This is a small (20 suite rooms all with balconies) property which is meticulously furnished with washing machine, kitchen ware, micro etc.. so very convenient.. the rooms are spead over 2 levels - ground floor rooms have a portico and the first floor rooms have a nice balcony.. the views from the first floor balonies are wonderful.. u get to see Florence from a height and distance as this property is located in an aristocratic suburb of Florence called Fiesole (its around 15 mins by car / bus from the property to the city centre of Florence).. so its up on the gentle Florence hills.. very beautiful local area.. some lovely cafes around.. there is a bit of walking that one may need to do to go around the property... lovely hosts - the owner - Thommas and his father- both wonderful people.. this was their erstwhile godown which has been renovated beautifully by the father / son to make it now a lovely boutique 20 room hotel in this lovely suburb up on the hills.. its much better to stay here in the suburbs rather than in the city centre of Florence as the latter is very crowded and hotels there have hardly any space and u may feel very claustrophobic.. its best to enjoy the rolling hills of Florence from up here.. overall a lovely and memorable experience..

The property is beautiful with magnificent views. Staff were extremely helpful to ensure we had a great stay. There are no lifts but you can get a ground floor apartment and the stairs to the 2nd level are reasonably easy to manage. The bed and pillows were very hard for my liking. The room would benefit with new bed covering and new cushions for the couch. It is around a 10 min walk from the centre of Fiesole but it is all uphill. Even walking back you have to walk uphill. It kept us fit.

Convenient tranquility near Florence
This property was perfect in every detail! The room had every convenience, from clothes washer to dish washer to stove with pots and pans and dishes and silverware. The balcony is a great place to enjoy the peaceful countryside view after a short walk back from the bus stop or a walk in Fiesole. We would definitely stay here again!
