Rooms are cleaned every three days. During my stay for three nights, the room was never cleaned even though I informed them that I needed to clean the room.

Great customer service and very helpful. Room was very spacious just like a little house. Met all Our requirement as we are with 2 little kids. Location is good as it’s between the city centre and oludeniz Would absolutely recommend this place was a nice stay

We ( me and my family) stayed in this place for 3 nights, and it was one of the worst stays for me and my family, the pictures they post are not relevant to the actual property conditions, very dirty furniture( full of stains), bathroom smells too bad,every time your neighbours use their bathroom the smell will come out from your bathroom, no hot water, no kitchen wears ( just cabinets and fridge) you cannot have a dish or spoon or knife from the property, why posting kitchen picture? Or having dining table and chairs? If no one can use it or bring food from outside ( like fruits). No internet in the apartment. One small AC in the apartment in the living room, no way the bedrooms will get cold, No laundry facility or laundry services as they claim, we were offered apartment with missing curtains, no privacy. Swiming pool dirty ( no cleaning). Location is terrible, no advantage at all of booking in this area. The staff are rude and they justify every problem they have with a complete none sense, they claim to have a policy that no customer have seen during the booking, that policy states the bad condition their apartment suffer, instead of fixing their problems they blame customers for that. Bi-standard treating foreigners and locals was absolutely clear. This place definitely is not worth the price you will pay, get yourself a nice hotel/ apartment in centre Fethyie and enjoy the city, no value for being isolated in such a disgusting place.

Located where it doesnt feel to hot at night which was good during summer would be better if the rooms at least had a fan as they only have air con in the living room. Breakfast was nice alot fruit variety

I booked this hotel because it offered the apartment amenities. When we arrived we loved how easy the check in was. Walked in to our apartment and realized that there were no utensils in the kitchen. Nothing was there for use. Plates, napkins, soap, spoons, knives, forks, Nothing! Visiting from another country it is not fair to say I should have purchased these necessities for our 2 night stay. The apt. Was spacious and clean. The bathroom shower was very small and broken. The heater was also a con as we had to turn on and off. The location. Was good and we always found parking on site for our rental. The worst part was their laundry services. They promised it ready the next day by 5pm. We had to wait past midnight and contact them several times for our clothes. My husband had to hunt down people for our clothes and found it on his own scattered drying innthe parking lot. It was the morning of checkout and our clothes was wet. They never dried it and we had to scatter our clothes all throughout the apt hoping to dry before checkout. It was a disaster and so stressful. Another thing I’d like to mention was the ac unit. It was one in the living room. It was not strong enough to cool down the rooms. It was hot in the rooms and that really impacted our rest at night. If you want a cool Night sleep you must sleep in the sofa bed.

Very poor hotel. Bedrooms doesn’t have AC! Rooms have bad smell. Cleaning service is only one time every three days! Breakfast is very poor with only outdoor seating. Nobody helped carrying luggage. Heater is only for shower using a device located exactly near the shower which is very dangerous. Receptionist is unfriendly at all. The price was very expensive. It was the same price of 5 stars hotel in Dubai.

The hotel is very nice, we booked the suite room for our family, but very poor breakfast, especially if u have kids it s a little bit problem. The first morning Oludeniz didn't have electricity that's why we thought the breakfast is poor, the next day it was the same, we decided to not have a breakfast

This is our best stay in Turkey. We were a big group of 5 families. Mrs Monica, hotel's owner, will let you feel at home. She is a wonderful generous and very helpful lady. The whole staff is amazing. Mico is also very friendly and helpful. The apartments are very comfortable clean and exceptional for family. Very close to Oluseniz and Fethiye. We would like to come back again definitely. Thank you Monica.

İlgili yardım sever kibar personel. Konum olarak ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılıyordu. Bahçe düzenlemesi çok güzel. havuz biraz küçük ama kalabalık değildi. Tekne turumuzu otel organize etti ve çok kolay oldu bizim için. Ölüdeniz için gelenlere tavsiye ederim

Wir waren super zufrieden, Apartment war geräumig, sauber, Pool war sehr schön und alles wirkte gut gepflegt und gemütlich. Frühstück wurde serviert, Personal war total nett und aufmerksam. Wir haben sogar verlängert, weil es so toll war. Restaurants und Supermarket sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr gepflegtes kleines Hotel mit 34 Familiesuiten (2 Schlafzimmer Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer mit 2 Couchen) für maximal 6 Erwachsene und ein Kind im Kinderbett. Keine Zimmerreinigung frische Handtücher auf Nachfrage. Es gab aber zwei Wäschegestelle, war von daher kein Problem! Frühstück wird serviert, Kaffee, Tee, Saft und Wasser so viel man will. 2 Früstücke zur Wahl Frühstück (Kalt) besteht aus Weißbrot, Käse, Ei, Gurke, Tomate, Butter, Nougatcreme, Honig, Frischkäse, Marmelade, Salat, es gab einmal rührei und einmal Kartoffelsalat dazu Frühstück (Warm) sowas wie Würstchengulasch mit Pommes, Gemüse und Pilzen. Wer möchte kann sich ein Abendessen bestellen, bei uns gab es für 80 türkische Lira (Kinder 60) ein Menue aus Suppe, 3 Vorspeisen (Cesit Meze) Izmir Köfte, Gemüse und Salat, daneben gibt es für durchaus kleines Geld Eis aus der gut bestückten Eistruhe. Der Pool ist knapp 150 cm Tief und 15 Meter lang. Der Gastgeber spricht perfekt englisch und hilft bei Fragen gerne weiter und hat auch gute Tips. Sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen!!! Für uns die perfekte Unterkunft um due Gegend um Ölüdeniz (Marmaris, Dalaman, Fethiye, Kas und Demre) mit ihren zahlreichen kulturellen Stätten zu erkunden.

Otel üçüncü sınıf konaklamanın da altında bir standart sunuyor. Odalardaki eşyalar çok eski, banyoda duş teknesi bile yok. Duş aldığınızda tüm sular banyonun zeminine akıyor. Sorasında tuvalete girmek bile eziyet. Sıcak suyu ayarlama şansınız yok çünkü elektrikli bir su ısıtıcı var ve sadece 3 kademe sıcaklık veriyor. Temizlik 3 günde bir yapılıyor ve çok yetersiz. Oda servisi yok. Kahvaltı çok vasat. Kablosuz internet var gibi gözüküyor ancak çoğu zaman çalışmıyor, donuyor. Tv yayını internet üzerinden diye tahmin ediyorum çünkü tv izlemek de mümkün değil sürekli donma yapıyor. Olumlu olarak yazabileceğim tek şey personelin ilgisi ve güleryüzüydü.

Отличный отель для спокойного семейного отдыха
Отель оставил крайне приятное впечатление, честно не ожидали такого от Турции. Очень красивая территория, чистота в номерах, вкусные завтраки и отличные ужины, очень заботливый и дружелюбный персонал. Бассейн чистый и не холодный. Немного "уставшая" детская площадка и лежаки у бассейна не мешало бы обновить - но в целом это не портит впечатления от отеля. Вид на горы шикарный, на территории множество цветов, и ползают черепахи - ребенок был в восторге. В номере достаточно мебели, всё чистое и функциональное. Слабоват напор в душе, горячая вода есть в любое время. Кондиционер в номере работает отлично. Поблизости множество магазинов и кафе в пешей доступности. До пляжа 5 км, можно добраться на такси, общественным транспортом или на свой машине. С удовольствием ещё раз приедем в этот отель!
