The staff were wonderful. The location is perfect for walking, safety and access. The hotel is in need of upgrades as it is very tired and old looking.

We found the hotel well located and the pool excellent. For an older hotel it’s well kept and very clean, our room was bright with enough space and a good bathroom and very good walk in shower.

The property is in a fantastic location for the old town and is very quiet and relaxed. They have one of the best swimming pools, which is why I booked it. The hotel is dated and not the cleanest, so you're paying high-end prices but don't expect such quality of accommodation

Its a short break hotel ..
We loved the hotel and the staff are the best in Turkiye.the breakfast needs oh so fixing ASAP..its still the covid way ,,,,, the staff cant hear the choice and its very annoying repeatedly asking .also we cant understand why there is no soul at the breakfast. It was a Doctor surgery atmosphere..but we still love the slightly dated hotel .

The hotel is very dated it needs a complete renovation everything was stained or damaged. We were very disappointed as the location is wonderful. Even the sun beds were either broken or very tired and dated

Gorgeous hotel in a truly stunning location. The rooms are a bit dated but beautifully clean and the views more than make up for it. The pool area is superb but the outstanding feature of the hotel is the excellent service and wonderful, friendly staff

Beautiful hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The pool area was beautiful, peaceful with lovely views. The food and choice of breakfast was exceptional. I cannot wait to visit again. Truly one of the nicest hotels I’ve visited for a welcoming atmosphere. This hotel has it all if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Pretty good stay but the rooms need update. The decor is 1980s. They still have Covid rules back from 2020… renew the receptionist with someone friendly.

Overall a nice hotel. Excellent breakfast with a lot of options and a beautiful view of the marina. Very attentive staff. It seems like a hotel that was originally very nice, but now unfortunately it’s a bit outdated and run down in places. The pool is large and nice, but there isn’t really a view of the ocean/marina from the pool. There are places in the pool that are shallow/great for children. The hotel was fine for kids with baby cribs and one highchair available. We enjoyed the marina restaurant a lot (the seafood restaurant just in front of the pool seemed a bit too formal for us). Overall was nice and would recommend.

The staff was very cordial and efficient. They took extra care in making people comfortable. If we come to this side of town again, we would definitely want to stay here. Their restaurant is very nice and made us feel extra special. And their breakfast on roof gives amazing service and gravest view. Excellent place to stay.

Pretty hotel with AWFUL service
The room and bathroom And immediate surrounding areas (marina and gardens to front) were beautiful, however the service was ABYSMAL. No bar open at the pool, or anywhere for that fact. I had to go looking for a waiter in the seemingly closed down restaurant for a drink and it took ages to come. Also there was apparently no ice in the entire hotel (it was 32 degrees!) a lot of the wooden beds by the pool were very worn and in varnished needs some tlc in areas. The spa was expensive for turkey and nothing special so we went elsewhere. Brekfast was good and the view from restaurant was great, however after 10am there was no staff to be seen anywhere. I imagine in full on season maybe it would be better organised. There are other hotels in the area half the price and much better ran! Try the yacht classic next door!

Great hotel and staff.
Fantastic location and peaceful environment. Rooms are a bit tired but the overall atmosphere makes up for it. We loved the breakfast which was really decent served at the terrace. The view from our room was just breathtaking. Will definitely go back.
