We loved this place. Very friendly people, lovely big room with quirky modern art, comfy seating area. Great wifi. Basic but fine breakfast. Tea and coffee facility all day. I have no complaints!

The location was great, easy to walk to most attractions. Near coffee shops and bakery's that opened at 7am, which is good when your an early bird. The room was cleaned everyday, the AC was not working but they did provide a fan.

This place exceeded my expectations. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The space are clean and well kept. Truly a 5 STARS. I will definitely go back. Great breakfast. Nice dining space with TV and coffee. Breakfast included , good variety. THANK TO THE WONDERFUL STAFF (Paolo )from Advanguardia. Wonderful stay….

Definitely worth every penny
Ok, so during our 2 weeks in Italy this had to be the best room. Roberto was great!! I thank you sir!! Free waters, bottle of prosecco was really nice. Breakfast included as well. Would highly recommend this place

Nice renovate place
The owner works very hard to mange the property. Well renovated place, nice mixed old and new furnitures. 24 hours free water, free sparkling wine, and free snakes. The breakfast lady and the cleaning lady the owner hires does lousy job.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Adriana und Roberto waren sehr zuvorkommend. Als Frühstück sollte nicht nur Toast angeboten werden, sondern auch Vollkornbrot( Auf Wünsch wurde dies auch organisiert.) Dazu wären Tomaten und Gurken eine Bereicherung und nicht kostspielig.Auch der Käse könnte etwas schmackhafter sein. Die Lage ist super, ruhig, gut an die Busverbindung angebunden, nicht weit bis zur Altstadt.

Sono tornato in questa struttura che ho conosciuto per caso tramite prenotazione on line. Credo che tornerò perché l'ambiente è molto particolare, finemente arredato e le camere sono molto più ampie e confortevoli di un hotel. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo . Colazione migliorabile.

Si tratta di una struttura ricettiva che dispone di poche camere, molto tranquilla. La camera che ho occupato era veramente spaziosa e comoda e finemente arredata. Molto gradevole anche la veranda dove è servita la colazione. Unico neo è che il parcheggio non è proprio vicinissimo (circa 8 min a piedi) ma in compenso è molto economico. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, se non subirà aumenti ci tornerò di sicuro.

Carino ma migliorabile
Location centrale, a 300 dal castello e dalla piazza centrale. Bella la stanza, ma decisamente migliorabile la pulizia (per terra in stanza c'era molta polvere) e la colazione del mattino, self service con poca offerta: tavolini scomodi all'interno (erano delle poltroncine e tavoli di appoggio) mentre all'esterno in veranda c'era una temperatura decisamente fredda (mi immagino 15 gradi). In aggiunta, la macchina del caffe nella stanza era fuori uso. Molto gentile invece la persona che cestisce la struttura, anche se in difficoltà, in quanto solo, a gestire il momento della colazione. Ultima cosa, sul sito non era segnalata la presenza di lavori in corso sulla via, quindi non transitabile e difficoltosa per il trasposrto dei bagagli

La stanza è senza finestre e la portafinestra si dà sul corridoio e reception quindi affacci nessuno. Il bagno ha un finestrino chi immette in un camino. Se non soffrite di claustrofobia....

Ottimo servizio e cortesia
Il soggiorno è stato ottimo soprattutto per la cortesia del gestore, per la colazione con cornetti caldi e il caffè disponibile a tutte le ore. In camera c'era ogni cosa necessaria, biancheria pulita, kit di saponi, acqua, succhi di frutta e spumante a disposizione nel frigo, una cucina con lavandino e fuochi. Carino il terrazzo per fare colazione all'esterno o godersi un po' di aria. Ottima la posizione a poche centinaia di metri da tutte le attrazioni del centro.

Bellissima sorpresa
Struttura molto, molto bella, arredata con cura. Servizio ineccepibile e grandissima attenzione al cliente con prosecco, bevande varie, ecc. Colazione ottima con cornetti caldi, caffè a volontà (anche in camera) e due vassoi stracolmi di cioccolatini. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
