Room wasn’t very clean stains on blankets pee on toilet and the desk and table were sticky I had to wipe everything down lucky we only stay a few to sleep and left in the morning

The room was nice and cozy. The bed felt very comfortable and the area was quiet most of the time. I had a very nice time here. The only thing I'd improve on was the internet cutting out about every 8 hours or so forcing you to relog all of your devices back in.

We got a non smoking room and our room and all our linen smelled like weed and cigarette smoke. soooo loud. you can hear every car that drives by and every conversation in the other rooms. our floor was so dirty it made our feet black. the limited number of towels we got where gross. house keeping came to our room so early, at like 8am. we were still sleeping and asked them to come back later, and they never returned. would not stay here again.

Management needs customer service training
I was very offended when we extended our stay and the manager had the front desk clerk to come and do a room check for possible damage, there was none. Getting towels and linens as well as maid service was an issue during the entire stay. The manager needs customer service sensitivity training

Mr. Foster:First and foremost, thank you for your feedback. You have stayed with us before & have been kicked out due to drug use in the room. Instead of not letting you stay with us again, I did require a room check upon extending your stay with us. We also did not have any issues with providing you room service upon request as you were told during your check in process. All you requested was a change of linens which was properly provided to you. At the time of your check out this time, there was drugs found in your room again along with the fire detector covered with a plastic bag and therefore your deposit was not able to be returned to you. Unfortunately, we do not tolerate that in our hotel and that is why I requested a room check before extending your stay with us. Again, thank you very much for your feedback!

Property is well located However in comparison with other Quality Inns its cleanliness is not good. I had to kill to roches and the room itself looked sort of rustic
