The staff provided a good customerr service in a friendly manner; I asked for a new riom since the A/C was not working and the person in charge help me to swtich the rooms quickly. Unfortunately the rooms are ugly, the smell to cigarrettes are strong, crowdy everywherre and a dig making noise at nigjt. Not recommendable at all, is my 3rd time in a extended stay hotel in different cities, will not book again in this chain

Getting service. Awful experience with rooms.
Had to change rooms due to roach infestation. The second room had roaches but not as bad. Bed was uncomfortable and was lopsided. The stove top burners kept turning off so cooking took forever. At no time I felt clean in the room. Sleep with all my clothing on and was hesitant to take off my shoes at all. The room door rattled like someone was trying to open it every time another door closed.

Very nice hotel. I frequent this city often, but never noticed this hotel; however, this is a great area. It was located close to the spots I visit and the room itself was homey. It would be great if there were more lights outside the hotel for extra comfort/security at night, but otherwise it was a very fine stay

Had a reservation for non smoking with 2 double beds. Upon arrival we were told our room was unavailable. Our choice was non smoking with ONE double bed or a smoking room with two double beds. Nothing else was available. We are in our 70s and had to select the smoking room. The room stunk of course. The ceiling fixtures were covered in nicotine as was the ceiling. I have several photos. Be careful of your reservation.

You're better off sleeping in your car
Unacceptable. The 2 minutes we were in the room were 2 too many. Did not stay. Would have spoken to desk attendent but there were 7 other people crowded in tiny hallway waiting. Checkin for me took 20 minutes with only 1 person in front of me. Past check in doorway was hit with heavy Marijuana smell. Opened room door and roach crawled over doorway. Saw 3 more in as long as it took to walk across room. Immediately left. Should not be billed as a hotel. It is clearly some type of long term assisted living type place. I was fooled by the "extended stay suites" in the name.

Not great but okay for the night.
No frills, you get what you pay for - not the worst day but not the best either, this is not worth $99 a night plus tax. I've stayed in hotels in North Carolina before on my way down to Florida and I've gotten better value for my money. When I got to the hotel there was no one at the front desk and when I finally got someone's attention they just looked at me like I was interrupting their day (???) Do yourself a favor, shop around the area and you'll find better hotels for the same amount of money, probably will not stay here again....
