Beautiful property a few yards from St Mark’s Sq. Super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms recently updated. Would definitely be our go to place to stay in Venice, the next time we visit. We highly recommend this place.

I should give them more than 5 stars. Services, location, cleanliness, amenities , cleanliness all excellent. Taxi boat service can reach at the back of the hotel. We will come back for sure.
