“Would stay again!!!”

Was very satisfied with the hotel, would not like to stay again in a handicap room, that's what I got through Expedia, not a big deal, but not for me, otherwise very satisfied.

I've stayed here several times for work and with my family and have had good experiences at all times. The restaurant food is excellent and staff is excellent.

“Great Stay”

We just came bace from the Ramada in Fargo and very much enjoyed our stay. We did find that the shower was very small. Neither of us are tall people and we both had to crouch down to wet our hair in the shower which was rather uncomfortable. We thought the hotel was otherwise very nice, clean and our room was huge. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

“Good Hotel in Fargo”

The hotel was nice. Not super nice, but nice. Pretty entry way with great fountain & bar. Some of the hotel seems dated and some of it seemed renovated. Cons : the elevator is SO SLOW... the water pressure is weak.... the menu doesn't have a ton of variety. PROS: really clean everywhere, the customer service is fantastic, the bed was pretty comfy.

“many hidden rules for hotel extremely dissatisfied”

The rooms are beautiful, but having fun in the pool area is too stressful. I booked two rooms to spend the last week end with my grandchildren and was told I could have two adjoining rooms. I could not, then I could not check in to the additional room even though I had made the reservations on my credit card with out another adult, in person, to check into the room. Luckily, another family member from that town, drove clear through town to sign her name. If you lose a wrist band, they will not let you in. You cannot bring in the kid's snack, pop,. or beer for the adults. I did not know this prior, as everyother hotel has allowed this at the pool area. They follow the kids around constantly and blow their whistles, kids could not go in to the hot tub, they ended up closing the hot tub and pool well over an hour early. I brought the kids snacks and brought them out to the outside patio and we still had to leave. I paid enough for these rooms and did not know of these policies before we came. the pool staff were very hostile to us and I am not happy. I would not recommend this hotel to any one. Another chain on the same street allows you to have birthday parties and bring in any outside food or beverage to the pool area and let the kids have fun. I was extremely unhappy with this experience.

“Great place for family & business”

Great rates, great pool and the food was very economical in te restaraunt. Would go back again if and when in town.
