The reviews seemed good, but what I found was a worn out old Holidome. Tech updates in room almost nonexistent. Leather recliner in room is heavily deteriorating. I was embarrassed to stay there.

Most of the property outside looked in disarray. The curtains over the windows are torn and frayed. Most of the bedding was stained. A lot of the channels were out on the TV.

Disappointing. Would not call this hotel & suites, would call this Motel & Units. Beds, linens old. Very uncomfortable. Room dark, dingy. We were on the 2nd floor, had to carry bags up long flight of stairs, no elevator. Difficult we are seniors. Easy to get to airport from this location only benefit,

Too close to the freeway. The clientele walking from the restaurant into the lobby were questionable. And the pitch from the website said it was located near the downtown area. IT IS NO WHERE NEAR DOWNTOWN.

The best pool area in the Fargo area. This entire hotel was remodeled and updated within the past 2-3 years. New carpet, bathroom, furniture. Unique architecture.

Easy to find, pleasant staff, breakfast and fitness room - everything I look for in a hotel. Rooms could use a bit of updating - less lumpy mattress.

This was our second time staying here, we actually came because last time we were here we had so much fun at the bar on Karaoke night. Unfortunately we were so tired we stayed in our room. The room we had has a bit of a motel feel to it. Staff were great. I like the staff. I the hotel need updating to feel clean. Change carpets or something. The previous time we were here the shower was lovely. This stay the bathrooms are fine but needs updating. I’d still come back.

The front desk people were very helpful. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We received a discount because we had to wait about 15 minutes upon arrival for our room to be ready. I wish they would’ve had fresh fruits for breakfast but the coffee was good! It was dirty behind the TV and the wallpaper was loose in places; a lamp and a chair were in need of repair (could use some updates as it’s pretty vintage). Overall though, our needs were met and the price was good.

Does the trick at a good price. The beds are the perfect size for a couple to sleep separately. Would stay again because we don't see or do anything while we're sleeping anyway...
