“Great hotel”

I arrived to breakfast a few minutes before it closed and the hotel attendant had already dismantled or turned off the juice, waffle maker, etc. The attendant was there but did not try to assist me in anyway, so, I just turned everything back on myself! This hotel's customer service did not impress me in the least.

A great motel for families.....not so good for older couples looking for peace and quiet....good continental breakfast, but the little ones get up early and if your room overlooks pool/jacuzzi area do not expect to sleep past 6 am.

“Great Family Stay”

Hotel was newer and had a lot of entertainment options in the hotel. Large indoor pool and multiple hot tubs in nice open first floor area. Balconies on second floor overlook the foliage and the action below. Shuffleboard, ping pong and a video arcade round out the entertainment. Hotel was a bit noisy because of the way it was constructed from the open area below and there were no options for dining in or room service. Lots of great places to eat in the surrounding neighborhood.

“Surprisingly great with bonus features!”

We had an inside room so the door opened to the pool area. We had a great table just outside ouor door for drinks and snacks and a hot tub - ione of 5 - in front of our room so kids could sit there while we had a cocktail. It was wonderful. Free breakfast was also great - not only in a great start but the range of hot and cold foods was very impressive.

The hotel is currently undergoing a renovation of it's courtyard area, but it did not interfere with the services I used. The breakfast offferings were very good. There was a complimentary local newspaper that I enjoyed reading. Hot water and tea bags and, I assume, coffee were available 24/7 which I appreciated. The room was very nice with a microwave and a small refrigerator. The king-size bed was very comfortable.

“"Could be better, needs improvements"”

Friends raved about this hotel but it fell short this time. Breakfast was included in the price, but was not very well stocked. Over all it was just "ok". I expected better. I will try some other hotel next time.
