I enjoyed this hotel as it was in a very old, traditional building, making it interesting. An old coaching inn, the "coach" entrance led into an enclosed garden and private car park (5 euros per night ).
Monsieur and Madame made me feel very welcome. Comfy, spacious bedrooms.
Decor was a little faded, but everywhere was clean.
The restaurant was pricey, hit and miss food, veal chop and apple tarte to die for.
Breakfast was good continental breakfast, with fresh croissants, good coffee, cheese, ham and "boil your own eggs".
If you spend more than one night here you must visit Calaude Monet;s house at nearby Giverny.
