“Good for the price”

The one night stay was almost perfect for us. The room was comfortable and clean. The only complaint we had was the next morning. It was Saturday, so no breakfast was available--OK, but we were told there would be coffee. When we went for coffee, just prior to checking out, the coffee containers were empty. We asked the desk clerk if there was some being made and she said "yes--it will be about 5 minutes". She was not very busy at this time, so we waited. After about 15 minutes--no coffee. We went to the front desk and the clerk quickly left, apparently she forgot to start up the coffee. We left without the coffee. Not a real big deal, but a disappointment. It would not deter us from staying there again.

“Not a good stay”

Front desk staff were neither friendly nor courteous. The only person with the smiling face in the housekeeping lady. Upon arrival informed there is no continental breakfast on weekends, although it is advertised as continental breakfast included. Will not recommend for anyone, specially with kids.

“"Nice Diggs"”

We were moving from across town and needed a room for the night. The room and all its accommodations were just fine. The service was up to par and house keeping was well maintained. The only drawback would be the bed. A little to hard for me and the wife.

“Convenient location for a one night stay.”

Great value for our one night stay as we were passing through. The location was easy to find. Costco was just down the road for a quick gas stop. Our room was clean, the bed very comfy with good pillows. The room had a kitchen, chairs, tv & good shower. Only disappointment was that after being told to come down to breakfast, we found no breakfast is served on weekends. Would stay there again.

“Great Hotel”

Excellent hotel. Very clean and comfortable.

“Impressed! I'll be back!”

The room was very comfortable, and the recliner was a nice touch. The room was quiet and roomy, and the kitchenette was more than adequate for my needs. The rate was very fair. The LCD TV had a nice picture and an adequate DVD player. The laundry was very good, as was the exercise equipment. Closet and clothing storage was a bit skimpy. WiFi access was poor (256K), but about average for most hotels. All in all, I was impressed enough to stay at another ESD hotel, and would do it again.

“Nothing to write home about”

Overall appearence of hotel was shabby, laundry room machines clean but vending machines in room crusted with lint and dirt, employee interest seemed low, the carpert showed large staines and there were burn holes in bedspread. Hotel was convienent to I-5 both north and south, however lots of spray paint on building in the surrounding neighborhood. For non-smokers it is annoying to walk past smokers, including hotel employees, to access the front door of the hotel
