I booked a king bed through Expedia but when I got there they told me I had to take a 2 queen bed room. My price didn’t change and it should have . They offered nothing for the change in my reservation and was not happy with Expedia as well

Hotel parking check-in was the worse I’ve ever had good thing I was able to walk. Lots of walking to get from parking garage to hotel room. Won’t be back to this location.

I would not recommend staying at this casino. Sure prices are reasonable, but it’s not worth it. Proper is old and outdated. Rooms smell, beds rock hard, pillows stained, no fridge in room, no safe in room??!!??, stains on beds. Thankfully it was a short stay

The hotel itself was older. The rooms were not current for the most part. We enjoyed our stay, but this hotel needs to upgrade significantly.

The property is next to the river with nice views. The parking garage was dirty. The wallpaper is pealing and the rooms need updating.

1990 called and wants its hotel and casino back. Seemed like this property might have been nice 30 years ago but the carpeting was nasty and worn. Felt unsafe at night. The room was ok. But the wall receptacle did not work and the room was not cleaned during the two nights i was there. And there's a resort fee of over twenty dollars that gets tacked on. Just call it a parkingfee and be honest. Two homeless men were camped in the lobby and their trash was left.

There are numerous reasons I did not enjoy my stay.
1st- Expeida did not make me a aware of the $22 a day resort fee. found out an hour before checkin and expedia would not let me cancel, even though the resort said they could refund expedia.
2nd- I was booked into a smoking room, the desk changed that for me
3rd- the hotel reeked of cigarette smoke everywhere except our room. The carpets in the halls were disgusting, the restaurant wasn't open, there was what looked like vomit on the floor in front of the elevators our entire stay
4th- The gym is not as pictured online. It only had 2 treadmills and no other equipment. I had to drive to a planet fitness to work out
5th- no cleaning service for stayovers? I was raised in the hotel industry for 21 years and have never heard of such a thing.
I was very disappointed.

No hot water in the shower and bad city view. Furniture dirty and old wood. Tv too small. Carpet burned and dirty. Horrible experience never again

This hotel is separated from another hotel by a casino. You can no longer check in here, you have to physically go to the other hotel to check in and then go back. All vending machines for drinks on ground floor were empty, as well as the vending machine on our floor. Housekeeping came in to our room at 9:55 am while we were still in there to start cleaning.
