“terrible”

This hotel was terrible. The staff did not know what they were doing. No customer service. I will not used this hotel ever again.

“1 porte sur 2 cassée”

Les digicodes de la moitié des portes ne fonctionnaient pas. Ils donnent des clefs sans problème à la place, mais ça impose de passer aux heures où il y a du personnel, ce qui n'est pas toujours possible. Pour le reste, c'est un première classe comme un autre.
