“Good place”

Not fancy, but close to Springfield and Eugene and a very nice place.

“''Not Impressed''”

The beds are rock hard. Woke up numerous times with sore backs. Needs more than just one mirror. Says no smoking within 10 ft but hotel staff were all smoking at bottom of stairs and i walked right through a cloud of smoke. it was gross.

“Clean but Loud!”

The room was clean but the bed was super squeaky and loud when you moved at all. Also the noise from outside the room was like the people were in the same room.

“you get what you pay for”

I got this room because the city was filled with no vacancies, But it also worked out for staying close to where the rest of my family was located. Walking distance in the neighborhood. The room had a small 2 burner kitchen with a pan and a couple plates etc. Right off the bathroom. It was a very small living area but it had a had a desk and a chair. Also had unsecured WiFi. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable. The bedframe was noisy. The room rate was inexpensive. Considering the economy this is definately a rate that at least gets the rain off your head. But expect very basic amenities.

“Not impressed”

While the hotel appeared well maintained and clean it was very basic. the beds squeaked and crunched if sat upon and woke other up when someone rolled over. there was no hair dryer in the room or to borrow from the front desk. It adequaltely served our needs but i would not return.

Definitely not a 4-star motel, but it was clean and the staff was very courteous.

“Ritesh”

Hotel has all facilities, like Fridge, Microwave, Internet , A/C etc. But Room was very small, Beds are not in good condition, blankets etc are too old, bathroom also very very small, I feel very bad to stay with my family.

“Economy Room”

For the most part, the room was what I expected. Two small things kept the room from being a 5.0. One, there was stair noise and another noise, possibly the dryer or something, that ran late at night. The second was that the water bottles purchased from the vending machine inside the laundry room were frozen solid. The frig and microwave in the room were great. You can catch the EMX bus literally at the front door. Mass transit goes everywhere in Eugene-Springfield, which is great if you don't to rent a car. Pretty convenient to Autzen Stadium, Hayward Field, and U of O campus.

“Not this one please”

If you don't mind oneof those places that rents by the day-week-month then this is your place. If you don't mind the cops showing up at midnight to haul someone away then this is your place. If you don't mind a room that you enter and mentally comment that you should have decide to go with Super 8 then this is your place. If you don't mind when one of the tenants standsat the door jamb and the door is partially closed behind you and she winks when you walk towards the office then this is your place. If you truly believe that Hams Beer is good this is your place.
