The hotel was perfect for our short stay. The owner/front desk agent was super friendly and helpful. He had a smile on his face even as he was checking us in at 1:30am. When we return for our summer hike, we will stay here again.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life! People walked all night and keep up noise until early in the morning. I heard car racing last night as well. I was in the area working and I got this room for the week. Worst mistake ive ever made. I didn't get a good night's sleep the whole time that I was there. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!!! If your ever go to Eufaula do not stay here!

Not bad for a Super 8
We stayed one night here. The parking lot is very small so we could not park in front of our room but it was well-lit. The room was a room for lack of a better term. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked.

The hotel is clean, accessible, and offers a great staff and service. If you have to travel to the Eufaula area this is a comfortable and clean option. The staff is Amazing!

I stay there often. The staff are really friendly in the rooms are well-kept and comfortable. They also serve a small, continental breakfast, and they are part of Wynham!

Everyone deserve respect. Gail wants ground floor room, we respect senior, we rented ground floor. She insert room key wrong way, so she couldn't open. she came in lobby and heavily beating the table and screaming, door key is needs to be activate, key needs to be activate. She was very rude to front desk person. front desk told her to calm down. When we checked the key, key was activated but she did not insert right way. Everyone respect each other. Mrs Gail was rude to front desk.

Dont stay here if you want clean and safe!
Did not get the room I reserved. Room was not secure. Room was not clean. TV was horrible (analog) fuzzy. Mattress pad covered in stains. No iron. One microwave Quit so they just threw thr replacement right on top of the dead one. Breakfast was a joke at best, no real food! An overall terrible stay, would never return.

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced at Super 8. We strive for the best customer experience and we appreciate your feedback. Just to let you know hotel were busy that day, the only room available was smoking. You booked smoking room on line which was non cancellable, non changeable, however hotel did not charged any fees. Front desk person apologies and full refund. So, Is that terrible customer service? We have regular pest control service from Terminix.

The man behind the desk was extremely rude to my daughter. Complained about us using a third party site for booking. My father’s room was queen bed, didn’t realize the booking wasn’t a King bed(I think she put that in her review) The motel was just ok but we won’t be staying there again based of customer service. I guess they pick and choose who they want to be nice to if they use a third party site. If you don’t like the way the money is split with the third party.. why are you using it? The customer should not have to be berated for using it for booking.

The truth is always bitter. 1. Check in time is 3.00 P.M. Came to check in at 7.00 A.M.2. Check your reservation. Booked one queen and complaint for King size bed.3. We respect customer and expect respect from customer.

The parking lot is a mess, looks like a pool was removed and now just a dirt pile. Breakfast, well we went to McDonalds because as of 6:30am door not even open. On a positive note it was clean, owner was nice and helpful. If you just need a place to sleep for a night it will do.

The room was clean. The manager was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast wasn’t much, donuts and coffee, but all was good for the price. Close the door he “Main Street area”. Would stay there again if in the area.

The man working there was super nice and had conversations with us and made us feel welcomed. The room was amazing for the price we paid, the only thing was that the toilet didn’t flush, but that was made up for by the overall quality of the hotel.

I made our reservation online. We had never been there. When we first pulled in I had my doubts. But decided to give it a try. We were met quickly and with a smile. Our room was very clean and quiet. What a great surprise!! We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.
