Probably the best older property we've stayed in on any English coast.
Didn't realise there was a bar and restaurant until we got there so missed out on that in the evening but breakfast was great!
Amenities in the room were super. Iron, hairdryer, fridge, tea/coffee, fluffy towels, most importantly clean and a comfy bed.
There is even a small car park, which we haven't always found in smaller hotels, so nightmare seaside parking wasn't even an issue.
Will be staying here again (and the wife agrees).
