"The food for breakfast was great. The kick back supper was good. Loved the hot tub and pool. Unfortunately had a fire alarm at 2am. So we all had to evacuate for an hour. Was never told why."

"This hotel is a dump, the rooms are old and dated. the lobby smells like chlorine, fabuloso and 1970. The shuttle is old and beat up. not sure who is giving this hotel an 8 but it was not enjoyable."

"The room I stayed in was nice overall, but there were a couple issues that affected my experience. When I arrived, I was informed that there was no hot water due to a problem, which was disappointing. I do feel like the room should have been discounted because of that inconvenience. I also had a minor issue with the elevator it got stuck while I was going down from the 5th floor, but I was able to open the doors and take a different elevator, so it wasn’t a major hassle. Overall, not a bad stay, but definitely some things that could be improved."

"Embassy Suites has been a chain staple for my family of 4 as they are available in most cities and provide the room setup we need with at a standard we’ve come to expect. We’re not expecting luxury as we do when we stay at higher end places, but there are expectations. This location was a dump. Hilton should be embarrassed to own this in their portfolio. We stayed for one night on the return trip of a chicago to gatlinburg family road trip and i wish we just drove through or booked elsewhere. The embassy suites we stayed at on the way through Louisville to gatlinburg was excellent and this one was laughably bad. The room reeked of mildew and sewage so we switched to a room that smelled slightly less bad but still awful. The rooms were dirty with broken room elements, a wet carpet, black mold in the bathroom, pubes on the sheets. We skipped the free breakfast in the morning as there is no chance that the kitchen is safe and clean. Parking was confusing and Brian at the desk being friendly was the only thing saving a 1 star here. Do not book! This place needs a full overhaul/renovation or a wrecking ball through the front door. Awful stay!"

"I had an unexpected trip out to Cincinnati because my elderly mother went to a trip and got sick and I had to fly out to get her. I took her to stay at this hotel for a day and a half while we waited for our flight to fly out, she rested recuperated and we went downstairs to the restaurant whenever we needed to eat it was absolutely lovely. It was a beautiful place to stay and we were so grateful for how kind and caring everyone on the staff was."

"Staff was friendly and very helpful. When we needed a change in pillows they responded quickly and hassle free. Breakfast was well stocked and offered different options each day. Really liked the fresh coffee brewing stations available 24 hours a day. Close to nice restaurant options on main plaza in Covington. Our room was comfortable and we were able to rest undisturbed. Would recommend a stay here when traveling to Cincinnati."
