From the moment I walked in the door the woman at the front desk was welcoming. I was able to check in 3 hrs earlier than the check in time! The room was very clean and up to date. The only I noticed was there was hair in the shower so I guess they slipped over cleaning that part. Overall would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Stay here it’s worth every penny!!!!

After having to request a refund due to cleanliness issues at the nearby Holiday Inn, luckily this courtyard had a room available and the difference was night and day! The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and accommodating of our situation and the room was very clean and had a gigantic TV, fridge, and microwave. It was an extra $50 compared to the nearby Holiday Inn, but not even a question if it’s worth it unless you don’t mind sleeping in unwashed sheets and non-vacuumed carpets with toe nail clippings from previous guests. Spend the extra money and stay at this hotel. You won’t regret it.

Had to pay extra for extended parking. Expedia or the property never advertised this. Stayed 2 nights and it never made a difference on parking limit. I’ll not stay here no more because of this parking extra price.

Got charged extra for ride and fly at hotel. Expedia app did not tell me that, so I wasn’t expecting it. I even had a second night reserved for when we came back from trip but it still didn’t matter in park and fly. Hotel should not advertise free parking or shuttle and then charge extra to park in their parking lot????

Pat the lady at front desk was a sweetheart and we just enjoyed her upbeat personality. Room and hotel was fantastic and only a short drive to and from Great American Ball Park. Five stars.

The hotel is in great condition. It is clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the features of the room. Creative storage, space to spread out, comfortable places to sit. The staff was also very responsive and helpful.

Decent Hotel Breakfast Not Included
Hotel was clean and quiet and right off the interstate. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was coffee was the Keurig type and no real breakfast either. (Not free)
