They need to replace the beds and pillows, the beds are hard as a rock and the pillows are like sandbags, I couldn't sleep very well because of that and woke up sore as heck.

Staff were very unprofessional. Also, beware of additional charges for missing room inventory or breakage - not the fault of the client - as staff refuses to inspect the room along with the guest at check-in.

I was spending a night there traveling thru and the front staff seem disinterested in wanting to assist. The elevator has to be the slowest one i ever encountered. I had a neighbor who had tv up loud late night. The bed was hard. All in all not the best stay.

The staff members at both check in and check out were kind, informative, and very helpful. The location is blessed to be by a grocery store (right across the parking lot) for easy convenience of items you might need. Restaurant availability is limited in the area with a McDonalds close by. Overall, a good hotel for the price and location.

Very noisy, i had to go buy ear plugs. They told me that the hotel was full and put me at end closest the hwy. I am pretty sure its because its because i booked through Expedia. Its the worst la Quinta i have ever stayed in. I hope my car doesnt get broken into over night.

This is what every hotel should strive to be. Professional, courteous, patient, accommodating, clean, and above all not over priced. After riding through multiple snow storms, freezing weather, and being exhausted. La Quinta was a haven. The front desk lady, Pam was amazingly understanding when I was so cold I couldn't get my credit card out. She gave me a warm towel to wrap my hands in until they stopped. The room was clean, soft and inviting. The breakfast crew was busy making sure everyone was taken care of, the tables were wiped down and the food kept coming.

The room was cold and turning on the heat caused the fan to run continuously and was very noisy making it difficult to sleep. Covers on the bed were very much lacking in warmth

We like this hotel and it is perfect for our yearly stopover. But this time I was extremely upset about the lack of accommodation. I broke my foot. We requested any room close to the elevator and/or with a shower. We were given a room farthest away from the elevator you can get and with a tub. Made it extremely difficult for me. I realize it was late in the day but there was no attempt to aid me. Very disappointed in the service.
