2/10 Terrible

"While checking in, the front desk associate did not seem to understand how to use the computer which led to a very long check in. The hot tub and pool were not functioning and was not stated on their website. Breakfast was being closed 30 minutes before end time as we were coming for it and it was all picked over with not much left. Parts of the hall way smelled of weed. Very disappointing experience and will not go back."

"Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Our room was not correct. When mentioned to staff, they refused to help or even listen to what I was saying. He became very hostile. I asked for a refund, he refused stating i had to call hotels.com. I did, they offered a $50 refund. I ended up staying at another hotel. Save your time and just book elsewhere."
