The carpet was wet when we checked in. There were holes in the wall of the shower where old shower rods had hung. Not enough towels. Convenient to throughways. Might not have accepted the room but for the late time. Check in staff was rude.

Deposit was required when checking in and they swore that it was communicated through Expedia but that was not true. Employee who checked us in was very rude and kept yelling at me and getting frustrated with me because i couldn't understand him due to his accent. He completely ignored me for a bit and would not allow me to pay cash. I had to ask to speak to someone else. He went to call the manager and that took forever. Had me standing there waiting for almost 15 mins. The room smelled, the door didnt fit in the frame and had a big crack at the top and bottom. It was cold and rainy during our stay so that didnt help along with the heater not working until around 4am. The shower was stained and looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Luckily i always carry cleaning wipes and sanitizing spray. I would not stay here again!

Booked a room to sleep 6 people, only 4 pillows and unfriendly staff just said no. Makes sense to advertise sleeping 6 and only give 4 pillows. Next time I buy a car I’ll expect 2 1/2 tires.

The lobby is not open, our room had a sticky substance on the floor, no wash cloths, no hair dryer, no hand soap, and there was a lot of noise. The pictures on the website do NOT represent the motel itself. It’s not a place I would ever stay in again.

Had a reservation for Saturday 1/21/24 we arrived at 3 am. Thay would not let use into are room till 3 pm that day after driving 15 hours so we had to spend 130.00 dollars for another motel room at a hotel down the street till we could get in are room at the OYO motel in Arizona City i would not stay there ever again.

The bathroom was disgusting, even the tub was patched up, and the towels worn out. The room is so small and there was no chair. Next the room lock was repaired so it would jam up every time. The laundry facility was unavailable!
Then the $100 deposit plus $5 non refundable fee for making the reservation!!! Absolutely ridiculous!
The place is a dump - no amenities, no breakfast, no laundry, no ice, no staff at the front desk, our hot water quit and it took over 12 hours to get it fixed. Broken furniture, loud heater sounded like a jet engine in the room.
The restroom is dirty, and the roof of the shower isn’t even finished. Towels look dirty. I brought my own. I expected cheap. But not dirty. Didn’t realize that it’s right next to the highway. Extremely noisy. Never staying here again.
The place was nothing like the pictures. It was so nasty and dirty. Sheets were disgusting. I had to shower in my socks. I couldn’t go anywhere else at 1130 pm due to us being tired from driving 7 hours. I will never stay here again.

Very rude staff
The room itself was fine, except for the dirty bathtub. The staff however was extremely rude. All the reviews I read said the staff is never at the front desk and sure enough there was a sign that said "be back in 15 minutes", we waited a long time before someone returned to check us in. I was trying to be polite to the gentleman checking us in, but he would get irritated when I'd ask him to repeat something because I couldn't hear him. He'd respond with "DO YOU WANT TO CHECK IN OR NOT!?". It makes us really nervous about check out...

I very much dislike this place. Holes in the wall, my room smelled like backed up sewer, tube was cracked, sheet had stains, one towel for two people and two pillows one for each guest. It was a very bad experience.

When I am arrive to the property, was close nobody in the property and because of that I was not available to check inn and I have to look for the closer hotel available
