"Room wasn't very clean. It had trash on the bathroom floor and no toilet paper."

"Astro turf was pulled back loose the stairs did not have any tread safe on them some of these stairs were blocked off and you couldn't use them we were missing one chair outside on our balcony The hotel charged me a process charge for nothing just to check out and to check in the room carpet was filthy dirty needed to be cleaned or ripped up and replaced there was shingles from the roof blown off in the grass and on the steps The corner of the buildings or rotten. The room rate just about doubled from what was quoted at the beginning."

"Staff was nice. Hot tub didn't work. Pool was dirty and full of the staffs kid's personal toys. No way would you get me in it. Room was clean. Parking lot, trash cans were full of trash everywhere. Very disgusting. Vending machine didn't work. The staff was putting breakfast away before the time was even over when we got there. She didn't bother to bring what she put away backk out. If we hadn't booked prior, we would never have stayed here, will never again."

"For the price we had a great room, comfortable beds and everything was clean. Expected a “normal” coffee in the morning rather than the strange machine available for the breakfast that was only hot water first day and WEAK the second morning - only complaint. Get a “normal” coffee dispenser!"
