"The staff was friendly and helpful . The property was beautiful and clean with old world charm . The food at the restaurant was delicious . Francisco at the front desk went above and beyond to help me . I got a flat tire an hour away from the hotel. He called Frank , a taxi driver who took such good care of me . I do not speak Spanish and Frank stayed with me until Roadside assistance arrived and then drove me to Seville to get a new rental . This place is very special . If you ever get the chance to spend a few days , I highly recommend Hotel La Malvasía and take a tour of Donana National Park . "

"The hotel is away from the city, but next to an interesting town where there are several interesting restaurants and shops, including a wholesaler with local products! The hotel parking lot is apparently expensive, but there is a free parking lot nearby. Good breakfast, spacious room and bathroom. Huge and comfortable beds. Large bathroom. But the bathroom was supposed to have a separate shower and bathtub, but there was only a bathtub...The hotel needs refreshing or renovation"

"Run…don’t walk. Run away from this property. The pictures don’t represent this property. Not dirty. Dark. Old. Vinyl furniture. The ‘cafeteria’ and that’s what is ridiculously crowded. The property is sandwiched between refineries and camping grounds. 2 stars maybe…4 is offensive. We left. Didn’t stay. Didn’t get our money back, don’t care. Managers have dealt with this situation before - clearly. They were dealing with another couple when we left. Terrible. You’ve been warned. "
