We enjoyed our one-night stay at this hotel. It is located directly across from the Esterhazy Palace, so it's convenient if you are visiting this beautiful spot. The full breakfast was delicious, with all the options one could wish for. It would be nice if the restaurant offered more vegetarian dishes on their dinner menu. The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was clean with good amenities.

Overall fine but felt pretentious
This was a clean, modern hotel in the center of the town. Easy access from highway. It was quiet. There was a restaurant and smoking bar. The staff was helpful. There was an attached parking garage 23 Euros per night for much seemed a bit high considering parking in Graz and Vienna. Dining area was spacious and staff courteous. The dinner presentation was nice. Food was both overly salty and overly sweet. Breakfast was nice and what you would expect good variety.

Great hotel
This hotel is superbly located across the street from the palace. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious. Room somewhat small but adequate for our 3 nite stay. Bed very comfortable. Staff friendly. We would stay here again.

I asked the kitchen staff upon arrival about gluten free options because I have Celiac Disease. They made sure to have warm gluten free bread for me for the breakfast buffet. The buffet was outstanding.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mitten im Zentrum. Das Familienzimmer war zwar etwas klein aber in Summe ist das Hotel wirklich zu empfehlen. Schöner Wellnessbereich.

Bra och fint hotel. Jag gillade att rummet inte hade en heltäckningsmatta. Sköna, bekväma sängar. Ingenting att klaga på. Personalen var vänliga och hjälpsamma. Garage finns, kostar extra.

Schönes Hotel in top Lage
Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit Flair, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, in zentraler Lage! Das Personal war freundlich & bemüht. Toller & sauberer Wellnessbereich! Nachteil: bis in die frühen Morgenstunden konnte man (zumindest im dritten Stock) die Musik aus der Rooftop Bar hören - darauf müsste bei der Buchung hingewiesen werden. Unter diesen Voraussetzungen ist es kein Hotel für einen geruhsamen Wochenend-Aufenthalt.
