"The hotel location is fantastic, walking trail is on the door step, it’s so beautiful and peaceful with full of buttercups in the meadowlands. Wonderful National Trust Houses and Gardens like Melford Hall, Lavenham Guildhall and Ickworth all in 30 minutes driving. Besides the sound proof is weak, room #8 is good size for a single occupancy, although I paid for a double room. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. "

"A very warm greeting on arrival once parked our car easily. Room was large with a couple of chairs to sit on. Bed was comfortable plenty of tea and coffee with a packed of biscuits and a couple of mints. A lovely touch."

"Hotel was fabulous and quirky with great staff, lovely food and located on the harbour, filled with beautiful million pound yachts. However, move away from the harbour and the surrounding area and town centre is the worst I've ever seen. Derelict buildings, unsavoury characters, vape, kebab and other undesirable shops."
