Not the best experience
This hotel is at a great location, it’s really nice to be so close to the sea with many restaurant options, however we were quite disappointed about the hotel itself. We’ve experienced very limited customer focus, the breakfast was not only of poor quality with limited choices, the restaurant has no solution to not create a bottle neck at the coffee machine with a 5-10 mins waiting time, and we were instructred at the check-in to pick a time to have breakfast. Not only can you not simply go have breakfast when you are hungry, we were told that the only available slots were before 8 or after 10 AM. The sauna was available also only between 4 and 10 PM and only per reservation. The hotel rooms are OK, even though pretty much everything is plastic in there.

Ideal for a quiet couple of days.
A low-key resort with a fantastic beach. Hotel exactly as described - we had the advantage of a seafront room on a beautiful evening.

Great hotel for dogs and beach access
Great hotel if travelling with a dog. Good location for the beach and town of Egmond. Hotel recently renovated with a nice restaurant/bar and sauna. Advertised facilities of a pool and gym are at another hotel and cost money.

nice hotel and great location
We stayed in one of the 'dog friendly' rooms at the rear of the hotel. Newly decorated, very clean with a convenient separate entrance. Great location and pleasant staff.

Schöne Unterkunft und Zimmer. Jedoch sah man, dass der Teppich in die Jahre gekommen ist. Im Zimmer war es trotz Heizung sehr kalt, da der Wind durch die geschlossenen Fenster kam. Wir hatten das Hotel zum Wellness gebucht. Entgegen der Angabe auf Expedia gibt es keinen Pooö im Hotel. Zudem funktionierte nur eine von drei Saunen. Das ist natürlich ärgerlich. Dort gab es wenig Verständnis der Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück ist okay, schönes Ambiente aber die Mahlzeit an sich sehr einfach gehalten.

Vriendelijk ontvangst bij aankomst, kamer was ruim genoeg en boven alles schoon! Op de 5e etage, heel balkon met uitzicht op de vuurtoren en de zee. Ontbijtbuffet was ruim voorzien van keuzes. Op het terras van het restaurant kan je prachtig genieten van de zonsondergang!! Perfecte locatie aan de boulevard. Je kan zo het strand op lopen.

Goed hotel met mooie ligging.
Collega had twee bedden. Van een bed waren de lakens vies. Alsof daar een smerige tas op was gezet. Ook zaten er scheuren in de lakens. Ik had een kamer in het nieuwe gedeelte. Deze waren perfect. Eten was goed gezellige mooie bar met vriendelijk personeel. Verder perfect hotel met mooie ligging. Dat van die lakens is gemist door de schoonmakers, dat kan natuurlijk een keer voorkomen. Verder alles perfect.

bella struttura sul mare del Nord… hotel ok, sauna chiusa già alle 21 invece che alle 22 il mercoledì sera. Non sono hanno messo i flaconcini bagno schiuma… quindi giovedì mattina ho dovuto fare la doccia col sapone

Goed was de ligging van het hotel , ruime kamer en de ontbijtfaciliteiten. Minder goed was het schoonmaken van de kamer er lag de hele week zand op het balkon wc rollen werden niet aangevuld 2x naar de receptie geweest. Probeer als personeel de mensen te begroeten vond dat dit bijna niet gebeurde. Al met al wel een prima hotel

Super Aufenthalt und einem super Strandhotel
Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und haben noch während unseres Aufenthalts einen neuen buchen wollen (leider war unser Wunschtermin schon ausgebucht). Gemütliche Zimmer, nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück und ein noch tollerer Frühstücksraum mit Meerblick :-) Spa klein, aber super! 3 Saunen auf kleinstem Raum. Egmond aan Zee ist ein kleiner Touriort mit Potenzial für tolle Ausflüge. Wir sind zB mit dem Rad (gemietet) nach Alkmaar. Das Meer lädt für schöne Spaziergänge ein. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt, wir werden definitiv wiederkommen. :-)
