There were times there was no towels in the whirlpool and teenagers were walking in there with their street shoes and eating pizza in the pool.

Check in process was long and drawn out. Finally able to check in through the app as waiting in the line up to check in was about 30 min long. Get up to the room i checked into and it had not been cleaned from the last guest who was there. Garbage unmade bed dirty etc. Went back to the check in desk and was not offered any additional incentives for my inconvenience. Do not recommend this place other than it was close to the hockey arena.

There is absolutely no parking close to residence, and the night shift staff on may 4th/2024 at the lobby was so rude. When Giving directions to find the under ground parking, and when I had a few questions checking in.

The beds and pillows are extremely comfy! Huge hot tub, easy parking, had very good check in experience. overall very good stay and will be returning.

The hotel itself was fine. Service and restaurant were good. Parkade beneath the hotel was interesting to say the least. Very small and difficult to get in and out. Should be free to park there if you are staying at hotel. Area surrounding the hotel was sketchy. Broken windows on lowest floor of hotel. More security would have been helpful.

The area is very sketchey, graffite on the hotel building outside.We had to pay extra for secure parking! Was advertised to have a pool so we told the kids and then got here and there is no pool just a hot tub! The price is outragious for what you get! Went to the resturant for supper and a simple buger was $25.00 No breakfest included ! Had we known all of this we never would have stayed here! Next time we will stay at the Delta! This place is a ripoff!

The hotel is beautiful and clean. Great place to stay. The area is a bit rougher but has so many great places close by to shop and eat at. Beautiful views. The hotel has 3 elevators. When we arrived two were functional but by the time we left only one was which makes it very difficult to get up and down. Rooms are great size and beds were very comfortable. Bar/restaurant closes a bit early on weekends

Only issue was one elevator was working during a sold out weekend at the hotel. It took us 15 min to wait to go from main lobby to our floor - other than that good place

Easy to find. Parking was good outside but unable to park in the parkade because of angled door. Rooms were great, but didn’t like the glass bathroom door. The light shined right through the door when everyone was sleeping and someone would use the bathroom.

The hotel location was sketchy. Many transient people and ALL the main floor building windows were smashed. We didnt feel safe walking around. Also we thought that breakfast was included but the hotel kitchen is just for looks. Staff was nice.

Conveniently located, great rates and good people. Staff are kind and helpful. Rooms are clean, but a little bit worn down (walls a bit damaged from bags, bathroom tile grout a bit worn). I would stay again based on the overall experience.
