A very comfortable stay
We stayed one night there for the start of our garden route trip. We were delighted by the condition of the room. It is clean and cosy. The bed and pillow was very comfortable for a good night sleep. The breakfast was simple but good enough for us. Most important of all, the host was very friendly and welcoming.

JP is a great host and the guest house is perfect! Breakfast is super excellent with a view of the once and a beautiful sunrise. This is your place to stay… room was big and confy and this just the best place to stay in Port Elizabeth. My wife and I loved the stay!

Nice beach stay
Really enjoyed the beautuful beach just a block away. Frik is a great host. Wonderful breakfast. Room is very nice. Outside of city a bit so vest to have your iwn vehicle if staying here staying here.

Quiet and Peaceful
Situated some distance outside Port Elizabeth,in a pleasant residential area, so need car to access other amenities. The guesthouse was modern, very clean and comfortable rooms. A very good Breakfast was served in a glass first floor conservatory overlooking other properties in the road with glimpses of the ocean between some of them.

Very accommodating and helpful. Rooms were well equipped, very clean, and in a great location to walk to the beach. Wifi worked great and the family who own the place were wonderful. We ended up sharing an evening and some wine with all of them and it was delightful. I would recommend strongly. We didn't find out until after we booked that check-in closed at 8 pm, but Expedia called the owner and there was no problem for us to check in at 10:30 pm as our flight didn't arrive until 9:30 pm.

5 Day stay at Le Blue
5 day stay at Le Blue. Very comfortable room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Ideal if you are on business in the Coega area because then you don't have to travel to / from town. Only drawback (not Le Blue's fault) is no restaurants in Blue Water Bay. Beach close by (you can hear the waves from the room).

Wonderful overnight stay
We stayed here a night before doing a three day tour and glad we did. The hosts did everything to make sure our stay was comfortable even assisting with ordering dinner rooms were comfortable and clean I would recommend this guesthouse. Breakfast was also great even with a powercut

Really nice guesthouse , the cooked breakfast was ok but you're encouraged to get in & out of the breakfast room fairly quickly. The location is right beside the beach & the riverfront but there's not much in the way of restaurants, bars or stores in the immediate area. Nice place & owners , I would recommend it

This is an excellent guesthouse generally, but the service I received is really what made my brief stay what it was. In its own right I would recommend it. But Jean-Pierre, the owner, really went above and beyond the call for me. I have stayed in family owned accommodations throughout the world, but never have I had the owner/manager wait for me to check in. I was unavoidably detained on a very long journey across South Africa, and though I had called ahead and we had made arrangements for me to let myself in, I was pleasantly surprised to find Jean-Pierre personally there waiting for me. He was genuinely concerned, and that by itself is worth writing home about in this day and age.

Homely and Fantastic Service
The establishment was very homely and the service was outstanding.The room was clean and well decorated even in the loo. I have travelled around the world but never before have I checked in a room which is decorated with flowers even in the loo.The wifi is unlimited and free. The owners really went out of their way to ensure that one feels at home. This gem, Le Blue, should change its name to " Le Blue, a homely and Fantastic Place". I shall definitely go back there and recommend it to anyone.

Lovely, clean guesthouse
Stayed at this guesthouse for one night and was very pleased with it. All the rooms face the pool in the centre but didn't have any problems with noise or privacy. The room has everything you need and was very clean. Each room is accented with a specific colour scheme and the attention to detail is nice. The hosts were funny and very personable and clearly enjoy what they are doing. Located a little ways away from the airport and downtown Port Elizabeth but not far off the N2 if you're heading towards Addo Elephant National Park. Would have liked to have stayed longer.

Beautiful accommodation in lovely surroundings
We were made very welcome at Le Blue by Jean and Frig, who are both very helpful. The accommodation is first class, and the breakfast each morning is freshly cooked to order, while you look out over the wonderful view from the dining room window! It's helpful to have a car to visit the rest of Port Elizabeth - but lovely to come back to the guest house afterwards.

The Guesthouse is easy accessible from the N2
The Blue is a comfortable, calm and clean guesthouse. It's very good managed and the staff is so helpful. The breakfast was excellent and it was very relaxing to stay here. The Addo Park is easy accessible also the Boardwalk . We would stay again in the Blue if we are back in Port Elizabeth.

Todo perfecto. Sólo fue raro que la cama no tenía sábanas y el acolchado picaba. Sacando eso, el desayuno es excelente y el cuarto tiene todo lo necesario. El baño es muy amplio. Muy recomendable, buena relación precio-calidad.

Sehr schönes uund sauberes Gästehaus
Ein liebevoll und gepflegtes privat geführtes Gästehaus. Es liegt sehr nah am Strand der gut zufuss erreichbar ist. Ausserdem liegt es in einer sehr ruhigen und und sicheren Umgebung. Die Gastgeber standen uns mit guten Tipps und Radschlägen zur Seite. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und individuell gestaltet und auch das Frühstück schmeckte sehr gut. Für uns war es der perfekte Start um zur Gardenrout aufzubrechen, sehr empfehlenswert. Die einzigen Kritikpunkte die ich finden konnte sind das die Zimmer nicht von innen abschliessbar waren und das Waschbecken doch sehr klein war.

Gennemgående lækkert!
Værelserne er tip top kvalitet. Totalt rent og lækkert. Lille køleskab samt safeboks - super. Dejlig morgenmad med god kaffe og en varm ret. Ikke stort udvalg, men super til prisen - og super kvalitet! Og de er bare søde mennesker - hjælpsomme og rare. Og wifi - som virker!! kan kun anbefales på det varmeste - I vil ikke blive skuffet. Dog husk at det er udenfor byen, men det er opvejet 100% tager et kvarter til Stanley street hvor restauranterne ligger. Tag på Fushion - hvis du/i kan lide sushi - det er klasse!!
