I've stayed here a number of times visiting son at nearby college. Very clean and affordable. The staff is helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Motel unit building seemed of newer construction so all fixtures and finishes and furnishings were nice and clean. The room was large but spartan, with no pictures on the walls and no desk or freestanding table and chairs. The bathroom had a small wall hung sink with very little space to set your things. The room did not come with a coffee maker, which was surprising given the moderate overnight room rate. The in in-wall air conditioner is poorly located, higher on the wall, and directs the cold air directly on top of you while sleeping. The parking area is large and well lit. Check in and out was fast and pleasant.

Thank you for your feedback. We are operating a small motel in seasonal area. During off season we are doing very little or no business. WE would love to furnish all our rooms like other HOTELS but our financial condition does not. We do what we can do, which is to welcome our guests in clean and comfortable rooms. During season most of our business is on week ends. Hope you under stand small businesses' limits. All MOTELS are built long time ago so its hard to locate all things in different location. The property's price was pretty decent. The bed was very comfy, and the AC worked very well but the direction of the air flow hit the bed directly which made it a little hard to sleep, with air hitting your ears. There were some raucous neighbors and a 7/11 across the street which brought in some shady customers. Overall, not bad.

The room was full of roaches , lady at front desk was rude and rolled her eyes when I asked to check out and get a refund . She also charged for the room when it was paid in full thru Expedia already I had receipt and she said I was wrong it wasn’t paid

We do not get prepaid by EXPEDIA. You are mistaken about prepaid reservation. we pride our selves for keeping our rooms as clean as possible like all other hotels and motels. Room was full roaches is bit stressing too much. hope you find better lodging to your liking.

Average, nothing great
Average motel stay. Personally don't think it is worth what they were charging. Musty room and hallways, no screen on window. Worth maybe 100-150/night at most.

We are unhappy that we were not able to satisfy your stay. Motels are motels not service hotels. Most motels on cape cod MA. Are small and busy during summer months. All cape cod HOTELS or MOTELS are high priced due to nature of weekends only demands. As always demand and time decides pricing. Rate that mentioned are here during our off seasons. NO ONE comes then. Hope this explains our high prices which you have mentioned. Hotels are three to four times higher than our (Motels) prices. Wish we could do more for you. Enjoy summer on Cape Cod. Thank you for taking time for comments.

A clean and well taken care of motel.
Nice and clean; recently painted and new carpeting (2023). It is a motel with simple rooms. Our room did not have a closet but had a shelf with a rail to hang clothes on. The room had a mini-fridge and a microwave which I appreciated.

Don’t overlook this place
Customer service is A+. Don’t overlook this place if you just need a less expensive option and a quick place to stay. The mattresses were comfortable. Everything was basic and minimum but clean and well kept. Id stay again on my way to somewhere else.

We regret for not make your stay comfortable. We are small MOTEL. We are not advertising this amenities you mentioned. As far as credit card running before arrival is within our limit. We charge for busy weekend for all arrivals. Many times guests do not cancel their reservation and never call to inform us. Have experienced loss of revenue due to bad credit card for not showing up guests for their reservation. Charging guests credit card on day of arrival is industry standard. Sorry you feel this way. Stay was ok... for couple there were 2 queen beds which is not required and also they should have mentioned on website while booking preference. No garbage bin inside the room.. only in washroom.

Stayed two nights for family outing. Very nice service. Is actually 28 miles southwest from Hyannis , not east of Hyannis as shown on the hotels.com website. I liked that window opened for fresh air.

This is exactly what we needed for a one night stay after performing at Cape Cod Beer. Rather than driving home late at night, this was a perfect spot to take a shower, have something to eat and get rest. Thank you, Rosewood Motel!

This was a very basic, bare-bones motel but it was clean, the A/C and TV worked, and it did not smell as some reviews have said. We stayed in the "hotel-style" building. My only knock would be that the bed was a little soft.
