“Regency Hotel - Great Place!”

Stayed for one night in a single room at the top of the building. The room was great and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. A very welcoming place to stay and great value given the location.

“A Pleasant Place to Stay”

A cosy little hotel, excellently located - my room had a view straight down onto Regency Square and West Pier. The staff were accommodating and the room was good value for money

“Single room - comfortable stay”

Stayed in single room, had everything I needed. James the owner was very friendly and welcoming and even when I phoned with a question he was very helpful. Bed was perfect so all in all would recommend staying there as it is also a great location for the centre or for the sea!

“Good hotel if you don't mind a bad shower!”

Fab location, lovely sea views if you're lucky enough to get a room at the front. Rooms are all individually decorated - some more tastefully than others, but ours had an appropriate and stylish sailor theme. Unfortunately the shower was awful! Up there with the worst I've experienced with almost non-existent pressure. The bathroom door didn't have a lock and didn't shut properly either. The staff were really friendly and helpful. All in all the hotel was nice enough but very overpriced. Have stayed in far better hotels in expensive areas of London for a similar price so was expecting something better, and a decent shower!

“Good location but not very clean.”

I had requested 2 single beds but was instead given one small double which my friend and I had to share. The bedroom carpet was very grubby and there was a pubic hair in the shower. The sheets on the bed were very clean but the blanket looked as though it belonged on a horse. Breakfast was not included in the price and would have been an extra £12.50 per person, which seems a bit steep.
