Front desk staff was too busy with personal matters on their cell phones to help guests, took forever just to check in. Our room’s bed didn’t have sheets on it when we arrived and the floor was so dirty it caused the bottom of my white socks to turn black. A different staff member brought us sheets, that we put on the bed ourselves. Walls were paper thin so you could hear anything and everything all the time.

Had standing water in the bathroom several days, and maintenance could not figure it out, manager was very rude when we checked in because our room wasn’t cleaned yet. And she thought we were there before check because her clock wasn’t set forward (daylight saving time I’m guessing )and I said to her I don’t like how your talking to me, after she told me to sit down in the lobby til my room was ready ( rudely). After I said I don’t like how you’re talking to me she said I’m the general manager and you can go to another hotel. We had one towel in our room, and they were out of clean ones each time I asked. We left after 4 days, and at 9 am the manager won’t not come out to check us out, it wasn’t during normal business hours. It was not a good experience, hopefully they get better, the maintenance said it was a fairly new hotel. Maybe they will get in a better rhythm of laundry, guest interactions, and maintenance investigate of issues. The maintenance man was kind, and very apologetic for the issues of the water pooling up.

The rooms were very clean and property was well maintained. I booked for MSU graduation in January and it was the only property available in my price range for the time frame I needed. What I did not realize is that it is an extended stay property. So I was very surprised to find a small kitchenette in the room (small fridge/freezer, microwave, small glass cooktop, no dishes,etc) but also no blowdryer, ice bucket/machine or small coffee maker or dining amenities other than 2 vending machines. There was one bath towel and one washrag but no handtowel. There was an extra surcharge for more towels, etc so I did pick up some very cheap washrags and a handtowel at the nearby Walmart. One small plastic cup which I did fill with water and place in fridge for cold water. It was quiet for the most part and looks like it accommodated the extended stay clientele nicely but it you are looking for a hotel with a few more amenities this is not it. There is a Starbucks within a mile for coffee runs and a nice mall nearby as well as Walmart/Sams. Culvers is in the mall and they have great ice cream. I probably would have still booked this due to the availability but it wasn't clear that it was an extended stay facility in the limited matches I received for the dates I entered and I would have packed a blow dryer.

The hotel room floor was so dusty and dirty that our socks turned black in 2 minutes. we had to clean it ourselves. In the 3 weeks we were there our room was never cleaned or linens changed. They say they clean every other week but not even once. Towels are stained. It’s an extended stay hotel with a full kitchen but NO dishes, silverware, pots and pans or cups. You have to bring your own or buy which defeats the purpose of having a kitchen at all!! Hotel is new and facilities are nice which had great potential but we were very very disappointed!!! Never again.

It was very strange to have staff only available from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. It was very noisy. You could hear doors open and close all night long.

There was a dead bug on my bathroom floor and the door was not working when I came home late at night. Everything else was fine. Staff was very friendly.

Room was clean and modern. Hallways had a strong odor from people cooking food and there are no dining options onsite. Location is very convenient and the facility is brand new, so everything worked well and was in good condition.

Staff lazy, not even answering phones, all forwarded to the national 800 reservation line, blaming cusfomer for their mistake, cheap and thin walls, just cheap cheap cheap, you can hear EVERYTHING and it's too noisy plus the air quality from the vent is bad, we all had trouble with coughs, allergies from dust or mold. Never again

Staff is super friendly. Very secure—2 locked doors before reaching the elevators. Full kitchen—*but* there is nothing in it— not even a sponge, no silverware, no coffee, no cups, nothing to heat water except the microwave. So be prepared.

There was no mention of the property shutting down in the evening and not opening until 8:30/9:00 am on the site to book. When asked on my final day there, nobody knew who was supposed to be working. I left my contact info to talk to someone about my concerns and nobody still has not contacted me and that was Thursday of the previous week.

It was a nice place, however be prepared for no amenities. No iron, no hairdryer, no utensils, no coffee maker... it's got a great little refrigerator, stove and microwave, but you gotta bring everything else. I ended up doing a quick run to Dollar Tree to get all of the essentials that I needed. It was clean and new, just wish it would have had a little more of the basics.

Do not stay here.
This place is not for comfort. There is no coffee, ice machine, nothing but a sparse vending machine. Our room smelled so bad and there was hair all over the sheets. It was really noisy with traffic noise. There was no front desk attendant. Moat the extra $10-15 a night and stay elsewhere.

The hotel was very clean. The lady at the desk was pleasant. She even called when I got to the room to make sure everything was OK. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the walls are thin and I could hear everything and I do mean EVERYTHING from the people in the next room. They kept me up all night moaning and the headboard hitting my wall. I didn’t get much sleep and had a big exam the next morning.
