"The property is in a rough neighborhood. It is close to many places, however, you have to pass some scary parts, so walking is not exactly safe. There was a man in a home across the street in his front yard on day one yelling constantly and a woman who was screaming to herself at midnight for 2 nights in a row. When we got there, one of the garage doors would only open halfway. The dishwasher in the back house never worked. The garbage disposal in both houses wouldn't work initially. Thankfully...
