We sincerely apologize for the missing soap issues and will discuss this with the responsible department immediately to make sure that this does not happen again. Moxy is the newest brand from Marriott in the “Select Service” hotel section. It’s typical Moxy to order drinks or snacks at the bar and take them with you. There is no phone in the room but a big smart TV. We took away the old-fashioned cupboard and replaced it with a decorative wardrobe in the industry style. Additional hooks were already added for your clothes but if you still need more hanger as provided please let us know anytime – we are happy to help out with more =) All these facts are part of the Moxy concept. We know that everyone has their individual idea of what their hotel stay should look like. Marriott offers nearly 6,700 hotels worldwide which include 30 different brands. From luxury to premium and to classic hotels, everything is offered. Even if we as Moxy coud not meet your expectations, we would still be happy to continue to welcome you as a valuable guest at Marriott. It was great to have you here. Thank you for your honest review! You're right, at this weekend we were fully booked, and had just opened five days ago - so these were experiences that we have already fixed and we promise it won't be that crazy during our breakfast again when you come back to us! But... our crew will be still crazy ;-)
