Very clean, quiet and hospitable. Excellent breakfast, varied and tastefully prepared. Staff from the kitchen and housekeeping are very polite , friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, with high ceiling and large windows. Very nice stay.

Overall a decent budget hotel to stay overnight. Free and sufficient parking space. The staff at the breakfast was super friendly and very nice to our kids!

Convenient with tram stop reasonably nearby. No local shops i could find. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Limited hotel facilities.

Not what I am used to from Best Western.
No one at the hotel to check us in for over 30 minutes. There was one towel, and one shower towel for 2 people in the room. I had reserved a room with a king size bed. The room only had a queen size.

Dear Guest, first of all we have to say sorry for long waiting to check in. Because of the actually Situation all our rooms are only ready for one person, but if we get a booking for two; of course we take second towels in it. If this will be forgotten pls you can take them at the recedption. You are right with king and queen size bute all our kingsize beds are at the moment not available because most of them are at the 4 floor and because of Covid we have closed one floor. We are realy sorry for this circumstance. But we guess that you will understand some of the problems since 1 year for all hotels. Thank you very much for understanding. Hotel is located next to the office i was visiting, main reason for choice. comfortable and very helpful receptionist late at night - but no air conditioning!

Businesshotel, in walking distance of a shopping mall. But in the evening there ist nothing but the hotel and a closed mall. Was OK for a one night business stay because of a quit and clean room.

I made a mistake and didn't check air condision. Well, it wasn't enough that it was hot, but you needed to open the windows (there's not even a fan in the room) and the hotel is located near a track parking stop. All night long there is track engains and driver shouting. I thought it can get worse, but then came the mosquitos ...

Good basic hotel
Anyone familiar with travel lodge inns in the UK will be familair with this type of hotel. Good basic accomodation, howevr on its plus side it does have its own bar and breakfast was good. The hotel is a bit away from town but a brisk walk and you are in the centre or there is an Aldis not far away. Ambient noise was not bad even with the window open. All in all a cost effective business stay of a week.

Also city centre is aprox. 1km only far away. And as our hotel describtion we are an hotel Garni only with breakfast and you booked it. So if you want to have an restaurant inside, why you did not book an hotel with restaurant. Everything perfect but no internet
It was a good hotel, well equipped, solid breakfast. But you don’t get an Internet connection. At least not after 8pm. In the afternoon 4pm it works perfectly, later you can still connect to the WiFi but won’t get no internet access, which wasn’t really great being on a business trip.

Super Hotel Super Service sehr zu empfehlen
Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war hervorragend. Der Herr an der Rezeption ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß. Betten bequem. Checkout war sehr zügig und freundlich. Frühstücken konnte ich leider aus Zeitgründen nicht. Ich werde sicher wieder in dem Hotel übernachten wenn ich beruflich in der Nähe bin.

Dårlig hotel.
Ingen rengøring af værelset under hele opholdet. Dårlig morgenmad vi fik ikke hvad vi bestilte. Meget larm om natten fra rangereng af godstog. Aldrig mere dette hotel.

Gerne wieder
Insgesamt alles ok, nettes und freundliches Personal. Essen war nicht überragend (es gab nur Tielkühl-Pizza) aber darüber kann man in Corona Zeiten hinwegsehen.
