The owner is very accommodating and welcoming. All our needs were addressed including emergency root canal at the local specialist who was exceptional

The hotel itself was clean, and the staff did an excellent job of daily cleaning due to the sand. The staff was very nice, but only one person (the main manager) spoke English. No shampoo or other toiletries were provided (except liquid soap from a dispenser like in a public bathroom). The surrounding area was dirty and noisy, and the beach wasn't all that great. Food in the area was good, but very crowded everywhere (peak summer time). Good cheap place to stay a night, but wouldn't recommend for a long vacation type stay.

It is a little difficult to find as it is just a door next door to the store. No sign. Very helpful and polite staff. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Close to many restaurants and shops. The family store next door is very convenient and well stocked. Rooftop pool and bar area is relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and hot. The shower water does vary greatly from hot to cold on its own. I would stay here again.

We hebben een fijne week in Durres gehad in dit hotel. Fijn gezin wat het hotel runt. Elke ochtend een ontbijt gemaakt door de vrouw en de zoon die dan bediende. Ging je met de auto weg, houden ze een plek vrij in de drukke straat. De drukte op de weg ernaar toe was het enige nadelige maar in het hotel was alles top! Schoon, vriendelijk en zeer gastvrij. Mocht ik ooit weer naar Durres gaan dan zal ik zeker naar Sunrise gaan. Bedankt lieve familie voor de fijne week.

Es ist alles wahr, wie der Herr sagt. Wir dachten darüber nach, es in den besten Hotels der Gegend unterzubringen. Selbst wenn wir dem Kunden viel mehr zahlten, als er von uns bezahlt hatte, mussten wir 30 % mehr bezahlen. Das Frühstück kam zum Essen mit uns, wir entschuldigten uns mehrmals mit den Händen im Herzen, wir machten ihnen auch ein Geschenk und nichts, die Belohnung ist offensichtlich.

Cleaning staff were always unfriendly. Bed clothing smell horrible. Our rom had no windows. Pool was wery small. Breakfast was bad and unorganized. We will most definitely not come back.

the first thing ! you are telling a lot of lies you must be ashamed of everything you wrote. the first thing regarding the room. you had the big room the room with number 107 with the balcony. you came every day to beg me to change rooms, because you wanted it next to your children, I admit that room 105 was the most beautiful room ever. Then you remember that you ruined all the hotel linen with blood, and I had to throw the sheets away, 100 euros in damages, we called you at the reception and you pretended you didn't know anything, the cleaning ladies on the second shift cleaned the rooms every day, don't tell lies. breakfast is the only thing you complain about. why not tell the truth and write things that are not true, shame on you

Wir waren für eine Woche im Hotel, das Frühstück hat alles beinhaltet was wir brauchten und man hatte etwas Auswahl. Soweit wir das verstanden haben, ist das Hotel ein Familienbetrieb. Der Besitzer und seine Frau sind wirklich sehr liebe Leute, konnten bei jedem Anliegen weiterhelfen, haben Tipps gegeben wie man am Besten zum Strand oder mit dem Bus in die Stadt kommt. Die Lage ist auch gut, nur 70 Meter zum Strand und vor dem Hotel ist direkt eine Einkaufsstraße mit Restaurants. Für diesen Preis eine Empfehlung.

Heel vriendelijke meneer aan de receptie. Regelde zelfs even iemand die ons naar het strand bracht wat op loop afstand is alleen je moet door een paar steegjes om er te komen. Onbijt eenvoudig maar prima, eitje, worstje en vers brood
