"I was upgraded to a castle view room upon my arrival which was really nice. Reception staff were very friendly and allowed me an early check in as my room was ready. The beds were comfy and breakfast was very good. The only thing was that there was a bit of toothpaste not cleaned off the sink (it was behind the taps so I could see how it could be missed) and a shower cap was still hanging on the back of the bathroom door. "Great location. Lovely big room and bathroom. Very clean. Enjoyed the pool and steam room/sauna - practically had them to myself. It’s a shame there are no loungers round the pool (as per photographs on website) - only chairs. It’s a small area so maybe they weren’t practical. "
