"Stayed April 24 in room 7. Good location in a quieter area. Lovely views from the balcony - perfect for sitting out with a bottle of wine. Walkable into the old town or bus is just a few minutes walk away (recommend the Dubrovnik card which give you free buss access for the duration the walls/museums) little shop is almost next door for basic provisions and the shared kitchen is ideal. Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely recommend this as great value for money. 10/10...

"All in all it was good. Out of season so no outdoor pools - fair enough but the spa was shut most of the afternoon and there was no hot tub working. We were also disappointed and hot that apparently it was too early to turn the air con on so we slept with our balcony door open as the first night our room reached 28° and we thought the room air con must be broken. OK until our neighbour started smoking cigs and other stuff and we had to close it! The staff just said they would ask the manager...
