I'm very sorry that your neighbors were loud. Unfortunately, that can always happen, but that doesn't mean that the walls are thin because I made good sound isolation between them. If you had complained during your stay, I would certainly have reacted and asked the neighbors to don't make noise. I'm sorry that you came angry and left angry. On the first day, you got angry because of the air conditioner remote that was in the room and you didn't see it, on the day you left we allowed you to check out later and we kept your suitcases, but we don't know which one it was the reason you didn't want to pay the taxi driver for a transfer to the airport..I think that because of all the above, I didn't deserve such a bad rating.

Dear Mr Chairmaine, First you have booked the smallest and the cheapest room in the house and that is why the name of the room is "small double room with the street view" ..You was told on the first day on the check out to leave the keys in the room so we can clean and rent for another people but you took the keys of the room with you and we could not rent the room and give the keys to the next people before you came in the afternoon.Blankets on bed very clean and they don't needed to be washed sir.We was keeping your luggage for free so if it was "unsafe" why didn't you store your luggage somewhere else and then it it would be safe ? Nothing happened to your luggage..Towels are not thin and the distance is to the old town maximum 150 meters...I think your biggest problem was that you did not get the sea view room on the first day for when you ask and told me "If I get the sea view room you will have nice review "which you of course didn't booked payed and I didn't have available one..I am sorry about this...Your ( not true ) review is not what I deserved but god bless anyway and I wish your all the best..)))
