The room was sooo cold and the AC was not working, we arrived to the place around 4am to take 6hours sleep before we go to national park
Since the room is soo cold and there is no one to help us, we tried calling customer care, they are saying that they are not at the location and they cannot do anything
Very horrible experience we had
We did not sleep and now heading to national park
What a sweet motel with old fashioned porches, a bonfire ring and log cabin-style rooms. Our room was clean and the staff was amazing!

Stairs to second level were a little sketchy & seemed unstable. Hot tub was broken. Although the room was quiet & huge, the bathroom was so tiny. Bed, linens & towels were great. The $49 pet fee was a complete surprise & not mentioned when I made reservation. I’m used to paying $10-20 for pet fee & had I known it was so much, we would not have stayed here. There were several other inconsistencies about this property as listed on internet sites but the location was nice. We were sad about the broken hot tub but enjoyed a nice fire next to the river.
The shower had broke ahold after hours on a weekend. Once we finally got ahold of someone they accomplish getting us a new room

The windows didn’t have very good blinds. From outside you could see in at night with the lights on. We had to change clothes in the dark. The trash under our bathroom sink was full and overflowing. The screen door screen was falling out. Otherwise it was clean, updated and cozy.

A couple of things so it the self check in. They should let guest know the wifi password. Either in the self checkin email or a sign in the room. Also, it would be a good idea to tell people how to lock their room from the outside. So if they want to leave their room they understand how to work the key pad so it locks.

The location was excellent for us, and there is space to walk your dog! The cabins are older, but spacious. The only real downside was the coffee in the room is terrible.
