Our initial experience was poor due to a very less than helpful reception person and poor directions to luggage storage when we arrived prior to checkin time. But the next two reception people were perfect, the room was clean and lovely and quiet!

Good place to stay if you don’t plan on sleeping. Band played till 3am, the whole place echoed from music, lift and doors slamming.

Stayed for one night for concert at Croak park which was walkable. Stones through from the Temple bar. However it had a decent bar and live music itself. We had a triple room which was perfect for a short stay. Easy check in and out. Nice staff.

Great location for pubs and entertainment, and central to all the local hot spots. Rooms are small but have what you need.

Stayed in 104, floor above bar, but down the hall. Can hear the music, but not loud or annoying. Wouldn’t book 101, 102 or 103 as directly above bar. Upper floors would be good. Very good location.

Convenient location. Be aware that it is loud into the late evenings and early mornings starting Friday- Sunday due to the festive nature of the Temple Bar Area. (We knew that when we reserved our hotel)

The place was clean and central but the concierge was rude, nowhere to store your luggage, and the nightly live music in the pub sounds like the band is right in your room. Slept with earplugs in and got about 2 hours of sleep. If you’re noise sensitive do not go here. Spend the extra 100 euros for a better place. Trust me.

You can't beat the location...central to everything. Plenty of food options right outside the hotel. Staff were friendly. The room was clean and seems recently renovated as it had a modern aesthetic. The room was small (typical of most European hotels) but was adequate and had everything needed...plus it was cleaned daily. I didn't have any issues with noise. Overall, a positive experience.

Great location on the river and right in the midst of Temple Bar area. The room was cozy and clean and very small (as are most European hotel rooms). Good, working amenities in the room. Great staff and service. Cool bar downstairs with live music is a bonus!

The hotel staff were great. Close to all the city life. Never had any issues with noise. Parking off site was close enough.

I was hesitant to book based on other reviews and I’m glad I booked! Everyone was friendly, the room was great and the location can’t be beat! Only downside is there’s a green light in the ceiling that illuminated the room. Thank goodness I had a blindfold! Otherwise, great hotel!

This is a great hotel. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Location is great. Lots of things to do and places to eat near by. Very walkable. We were in a balcony room and we were there on a Friday night so there was some noise but I had earplugs and slept great.

I picked this hotel after looking at the a lot of other properties. The previous time I was in Dublin I stayed in the Liberties and I wanted something a little more central. The things I loved about the hotel: the location, the property itself, the room, the bed, the pillows, the coffee maker, the shower... The staff were friendly and polite. The things I didn't care for: there were multiple phone calls and visits to the room because of a faulty smoke detector. This really is a lovely hotel. Being in the Temple Bar area means it is quite lively and loud at night. The music from the bar on the ground floor, combined with the music from the other bars around, continues late into the night. I slept with ear buds in my ears and listened to white noise to cancel out the noise of the surroundings. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a clean, comfortable, well maintained hotel in a very popular area of Dublin.

The bed was horrible!!! The mattress had a major sunken side. Lopsided! And with two people in the bed, it was impossible to sleep. I travel frequently and it was the worst mattress I have ever had to sleep on. AND the maid left her rag in the sink!

Rooms were extremely small. No room to open a suitcase bigger than a carry-on. Two of the three rooms we were in had terribly uncomfortable beds. They had large indentations in the mattresses. Hallway doors need soft closure. They slammed shut every time. Location was good, but we were not overly pleased with the accommodations.

Great location, lovely staff & good atmosphere in the bar with live music. The facilities were basic but decent, only down side was the noise. You can hear everything from the corridor. This woke me multiple times unfortunately.

My daughter and I stayed our last night in Ireland at Wellington. It’s right across from the temple bar and easy to stroll around shopping and sightseeing. We wished we would have spent more time in that area. Staff is helpful and cheerful

Not sure if it was stated at time of booking but when we checked in we had to sign something and there was a disclaimer about noise. Bar is open until 12:30, the rooms are affected by noise. You will hear every door in the hallway open and close throughout the night. Great place to crash after a bender in temple bar, but do not stay for anything otherwise. Location was great. But no window in the hotel room and a mostly clean room were down sides for us.
