Disliked: Room comfort
Clean hotel, but when I awoke and tried to take a shower there was no hot water. Front desk associate made several excuses, even indicating "no one else had complained". I checked out at 0330 hours. Im sure no one else was awake yet to complain. No refund or other compensation offered.
We were given a room that did not have internet on tv. I guess there were two rooms like this and ours was one of them. Not sure why we were still put in this room. We booked in the summer.
Our shower was dirty with hair. It didn’t have shampoo and conditioner.
We were charged for something in the store but we never purchased anything. We were reimbursed which was good.
Phenomenal stay at Hampton Inn, Dublin, VA in August. The people are extremely nice and accommodating. Breakfast is a real great start of the day especially with family. I am looking to travel again to that location, they are booked solid. Highly recommend. Thumbs up to Elia,(sorry I probably misspelled his name) at the reception desk.
Turned bed down and on my sheets was someones long dark hair. May me wonder if sheets had been changed from last guest. Then entering the bathroom, on the floor were toenails. Like someone has sat in there and cut their toenails but clearer never swept the floor. I was turned off by all that. Because it was late, slept on cover on the bed. Don't know if that was any better
My room was quiet and clean. The bathroom floor could stand to have the grout cleaned, but I doubt that is up to the daily staff. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional.
The room was clean, beds were comfy, a/c worked great! We didn't have any issues.
Things of note: it was very humid (everything just had a bit of a damp feeling in the room) and the pet fee is very high (almost as much as the room itself!)
The staff was super helpful & friendly.
Mexican restaurant recommended & walkable was really good.
Room was spacious.
Plenty of towels & washcloths.
Shower was really nice.
All was good except Robert at the front desk, had to go back to the desk twice to get the key activated. Zero personality, seemed very flustered and zero attn to detail. Otherwise the room was great, breakfast was good and rest of the staff were nice and accommodating
This stay was our third stay in a year. The location is great, not to busy and quiet. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful!! Room was clean and cozy.
This is a friendly place, clean and comfortable room, and breakfast selections pretty nice.

The room was spacious,clean and very quiet. The bed was a little firmer than I like other than that was a very good experience

First room they gave me smelled badly of cat urine and cleaning fumes. They gave me different room and I was comfortable. I think they should have"non animal" rooms, like they used to have non smoking rooms.

Property was in great shape. Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
