No air condition in the room, only a fan provided by the hotel. While this might be ok for some guests, we should have been told that the room had no AC during the booking process or at check in. The area around the hotel seemed a little questionable. Lots of random people not from our hotel standing outside smoking. The restaurant was good and the food came quickly. The airport shuttle was helpful.

Self-check-in did not work, it took multiple attempts to find the booking and six attempts to make the room key. By the way that was the staff member who was unable to find the booking and make the key cards. Hats off to her, she did a great job, the machine was the problem.

Check in and check out was on a kiosk and was easy to navigate. Room was nice sized and clean. Need to update shower and have a detachable shower head.

A great hotel near the Dublin airport. Breakfast service is offered in the hotel, and a restaurant and bar are also located in the building. The airport shuttle is complimentary and is active 24/7.

Elevator wasn’t working and had to carry luggage up and down stairs. Bathroom smelled of sewer gas. Room was dark, without good lighting. I do not recommend this property.

The chairs and the rug in the room had stains all over them making me not want to touch them. The sitting chairs and table for the room were directly in front of the middle of the window which made it impossible to reach the curtains to open or shut them. The waste basket in the bathroom was useless because any time you stepped on the lever, it was so light and cheap it flipped over. The handsoap was difficult to get the pump to work and it smelled like mens aftershave. As a woman, it was highly unpleasant.

I like the proximity and the shuttle to the airport. I have noticed that the standard has gone down considerably, even in the last months. The prices are much higher than they were ever, 190 euros just for the room which is old and needs redecoration a new mattress on the bed as the one I had was worn out! I also found that previously you would receive a satisfaction survey, not one to be seen in sight. Upon arrival I was told that there was no reservation for me which honestly was a big put off as your site sent me a confirmation email. The receptionist said that it wasn't a confirmation but I kept a copy and it's written reservation confirmation! Then in the restaurant which I found very good before, the food is of poor quality. I was recommended a curry telling me it was not so spicy but in fact I couldn't finish it as it was so hot There were practically no veg in it only a few frozen ones and maybe three chick peas covered in sauce to disguise the lot, frankly I was surprised Next I asked for bread, I was served two brwn roles which were blue moldeed and told by the waiter that he couldn't be checking ebverything, not even I am sorry. So he brought me two slices of "toast", it was obviously stale too so toasted to disguise it. I asked for a complimentrary dessert, the water decided no and I don't understand why he decides as he is the waiter I reported the problem to reception on departure, again no sorry in sight! Shocking service!

Nice hotel but smokers were right by the entrance and it was awful to walk through. You could smell smoke right up to the restaurant which was a turn off for us. Other than that it was ok . We only stayed here because our flight left the next day.

Convenient to airport. Room was clean but warm with no ability to cool it down. Only 2 of 3 elevators worked resulting in long waits for an elevator during regular hours and 20 minute waits during morning rush. Poorly setup for such a large hotel.

The family rooms with three (3) beds was ideal for my group. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The food quality and service was excellent. The only thing that I would cite is the parking…it’s very tight.

The clayton The airports shuttle is great. The rooms high standard . The in room cofffee & water is very nice. The cafe snacks & coffe so handy. This vusit was incredibly busy weekend & the clayton dealt well with everything. Other than 1 lift down out of 3 its still best value around !

A decent airport hotel, seems it gets quite alot of use, room was comfortable and clean. One of the best features was the 24hr free airport shuttle that made travel back to the airport worry-free.

Very convenient to the airport. Guy who checked us in was very snooty. Room was great, but had no air conditioning---Ireland was unseasonably warm and it was very very stuffy in our room. Restaurant open until 10pm and food was good.

The best part of our stay was, 1st the friendly staff, 2nd the location to the Dublin Airport and shuttle from and too. We were able to return our rental and be back at the hotel within one hour. All lucky timing.

This hotel was awesome. It was new, clean and had big rooms, They has a small coffee shop in the lobby. There was also a free shuttle to the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location and free shuttle to the airport. No air conditioning which wasn’t a huge issue in May but may be more uncomfortable in the summer. Otherwise positive experience.
